Die Mitarbeiterinnen schauen sich mit den Kunden gemeinsam um und beraten sehr gerne und äußerst liebevoll. Man spürt als Kunde das die Mitarebiterinnen echt Freude am Umgang mit Kunden und Spaß am arbeiten haben. Nur so stelle ich mir ein Top Verkaufsgeschäft vor. Nur in dieser Filiale fühlt man sich richtig wohl und so wie in fast jeden dm, und dem entsprechend wartet man etwas länger in der Warteschlange an die Kassa, was auch gut ist, man kann sich auch dabei etwas genauer austauschen und sich entspannen. Einfach nur Top. 10 Sterne mindestens. Tolles Arbeitsklima. Very dear and committed employees. The number 1 branch in Vienna. You are not only greeted, but asked how you are. The employees look around together with the customers and are happy to advise and extremely lovingly. As a customer you can feel that the employees really enjoy dealing with customers and have fun working. This is the only way to imagine a top selling business. Only in this branch do you feel really comfortable and like in almost every dm, and accordingly you wait a little longer in the queue at the cash desk, which is also good, you can also talk a little more precisely and relax. Just great. 10 stars at least. Great working atmosphere.

Aber wie hier Kunden behandelt werden ist überhaupt nicht nett. Ich habe hier ein paar Gurgel-Tests gekauft, es war aber mein erstes Mal, so habe ich bei der Kassa gefragt, es wurde mir unhöflich gesagt, dass ich mein Code zeigen muss. Ok. Paasst. Aber dann bei der Frage, wie oder wo bekommt man dieses Code, hat sich die Verkäuferin umgedreht und ist einfach weg, ohne Erklärung. Als ich das Code gefunden habe, habe ich es der Verkäuferin gesagt. Immer ohne Antwort, musste ich bei der Kassa sehr lang warten. "Danke vielmals, aufwiedersehen". Zurück einfach die Stille. Ich kann verstehen, jeder kann einen schlechten Tag haben, aber was es hier gab, war einfach Unhöflichkeit. It's difficult to write a bad review of a chain store... Don't expect too much from it. But the way customers are treated here is not nice at all. I bought some gargling tests here but it was my first time so I asked at the cash register and was rudely told I had to show my code. OK. fits. But then when I was asked how or where to get this code, the saleswoman turned around and just left without any explanation. When I found the code, I told the seller. Always without an answer, I had to wait a long time at the cash register. "Thank you very much, see you". Just return the silence. I can understand anyone can have a bad day but what was there was just plain rudeness.
