★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egal welche Filiale das Personal war immer immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Seit die Märkte völlig unlogisch eingeräumt werden um einen zum Verweilen zu zwingen, macht Einkaufen keine Freude mehr. Suche alles nötige und bin weg, so spart das allerdings Geld. Der Webshop ist ein Drama, zwingt einen Produkte in Filialen zu suchen, und vieles gibts gar nicht. Die Registrierung ist kompliziert, denn es ist unmöglich Bipakarte (dies nicht mehr gibt?) oder Jö mit einer Emailadresse zu verbinden.
No matter which branch the staff was always friendly and helpful. Since the markets are opened completely illogically to force you to linger, shopping is no longer fun. Find everything you need and I'm gone, but that saves money. The webshop is a drama, it forces you to look for products in branches, and there are a lot of things that don't exist. The registration is complicated, because it is impossible to connect the Bipakarte (this no longer exists?) Or Jö with an email address.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie kann es sein, dass man um 8:15 Uhr zum Bipa will und das Geschäft ist dunkel und leer obwohl er seit 8Uhr geöffnet sein sollte? Und dann wenn ein Mitarbeiter doch plötzlich auftaucht man nicht einmal in das Geschäft darf, weil alles noch vorbereitet werden muss?
How can it be that you want to go to Bipa at 8:15 a.m. and the shop is dark and empty even though it should have been open since 8 a.m.? And then when an employee suddenly shows up, you're not even allowed into the shop because everything still has to be prepared?
