Ich hatte eine größere Menge Hemden zum Waschen da und diese roch nach der Öffnung des Plastikschutzes merklich nach Zigarillorauch. Also am nächsten Tag nochmals hin, und die Hemden reklamiert. Drei Wochen später, wurden die Hemden abgeholt und welch Freude, erneut riechen sie nach Rauch. Also in diesem Sinne kein Duft der Freude macht... The staff is friendly and helpful, but what does not work is the laundry service. I had a larger number of shirts for washing and this smelled noticeably after the opening of the plastic protection for cigarillo smoke. So the next day again, and the shirts complained. Three weeks later, the shirts were picked up and what joy, again they smell of smoke. So in that sense no scent of pleasure makes ...

Habe die Mitarbeiter daraufhin angerufen, bin am selben Tag nochmal hin und die waren so lieb mir sogar die Rechnung nochmal aus dem Papierkübel zu fischen und mir eine neue Packing zu geben. Herzlichen Dank! Unfortunately, I just got a nasty surprise. The eye drop pack for 9 euros something was completely empty. Maybe it was a bad customer. I then called the employees, I went back the same day and they were so kind as to fish the bill out of the paper bin again and give me a new packing. Thank you very much!
