★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Dame an der Kasse heute war sehr unfreundlich , musste mir von Ihr sagen lassen ich solle Lesen lernen. Grund es waren von der selben Firma Selbes Produkt 2 verschiedene Düfte wobei einer 6,95 und der andere 12,95 kostet habe an der Kasse festgestellt das da etwas nicht stimmt es waren alle hintereinander Bunt gemischt mit nur einer Preistafel. Auf meien Hinweis wurde der obere Preis entfernt und ich darauf aufmerksam gemacht ich solle selber schauen immer hin können die mitarbeiter nichts dafür. ich habe dann gesagt das ich als kunde nicht deren regale zerlege und fächer schlichte danach wurde die kassiererin richtig wüten ich bat dann das produkt zurückzugeben nach 3 maliger bitte und drohung die polizei zu holen gab sie mir dann den preis der angeschrieben war obwohl ich das produkt gar nicht mehr wollte. TOP KUNDENSERVICE
The lady at the cash register today was very rude, had to let me tell her I should learn to read. Reason it was from the same company Selbes product 2 different fragrances with a 6.95 and the other costs 12.95 at the checkout found that there was something wrong there were all in a row mixed with just one price table. On my notice the top price was removed and I pointed out that I should always look myself can not help the staff. I then said that I as a customer did not dismantle their shelves and fan after that the cashier was really raging I then asked to return the product after 3 times please and threat to pick the police she gave me the price that was written although I was the product no longer wanted. TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE
