★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zum einem muss man sagen die meisten Verkäuferinnen sind wirklich sehr nett, und auch die Auswahl ist eigentlich ganz in Ordnung, aber da wir Stammkunden sind ist es echt unglaublich da uns die Filialchefin einfach eine Visitenkarte in die Hand drückt und uns sagt wir sollen in der Zentrale anrufen und sie loben.
Das nächste was uns stört ist das die besagte Chefin sogar hier unter Ihrem echten Namen Sterne verteilt !!
Wir werden jetzt sicher mal andere Schuhhäuser aufsuchen - auch der eine Stern ist noch zuviel
On the one hand, you have to say most of the saleswomen are really very nice, and the selection is actually quite okay, but since we are regular customers, it is really unbelievable that the branch manager simply gives us a business card and tells us that we should Call headquarters and praise them.
The next thing that bothers us is that the said boss even distributes stars here under her real name !!
We will definitely go to other shoe stores now - even one star is still too many

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundlicher Kundenumgang, die Verkäufer/innen stehen mit Rat und tat zur Seite. Auch für etwas größere (Damen)Füße wurde etwas schönes und passendes gefunden. Werde hier öfters zum Schuhe einkaufen vorbei kommen.
Very friendly customer dealings, the sellers are on hand with advice and assistance. Something nice and suitable was also found for slightly larger (ladies) feet. Will come here to shop for shoes more often.
