C	Christine Krieger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sind immer freundlich, hilfsbereit, gutes Sortiment. Auch Prokopp in der Währingerstrasse ist empfehlenswert. Mein Lieblingsreformhaus. Are always friendly, helpful, good range. Prokopp on Währingerstrasse is also recommended. My favorite reform house.

Ich werde selten begrüßt, es dauert bis man beachtet wird, ich habe das Gefühl, mir das Essen selbst holen zu müssen, da die Mitarbeiterinnen zeitweise überfordert scheinen, obwohl nicht allzu viele Personen zu bedienen sind. Für selbst zurück gebrachtes Geschirr, selbst geholtes Essen (da vergessen wurde) gibt es weder ein "bitte, danke, Entschuldigung etc." Sehr schade, da das Essen von Frau Ulli Garher Haubenqualität hat, vegane Küche vom Feinsten, allemal wert, über das mäßige Service hinweg zu sehen The service at the snack left much to be desired. I get greeted rarely, it takes time to be noticed, I feel like I have to get the food myself, as the staff at times seem overwhelmed, although not too many people are to serve. For self-brought dishes, even brought food (since was forgotten) there is neither a "please, thank you, sorry, etc." It's a pity, since the food of Mrs. Ulli Garher has hood quality, vegan cuisine at its best, always worth seeing over the moderate service

Kostet teils halt ein Eck mehr als wo anders. Aber dafür auch Bio Produkte und viele Dinge die man wo anders nicht bekommt. Klare Empfehlung You will find a very good selection of cosmetic products and food here. Very nice and helpful staff. Price is ok. Sometimes it just costs a corner more than anywhere else. But also organic products and many things that you can't get anywhere else. Clear recommendation
C	Claudia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Auswahl ist ok, die Preise in Ordnung, jedoch eindeutig eher auf gehobenem Niveau. Viele Nahrungsergänzungsmittel sind in meinen Augen häufig zu niedrig dosiert (für die Preise definitiv!). Da wird man dann eher beim großen Online Konkurrent fündig. Bei den Verkäufern muss man Glück haben, eine Dame hat mich einmal freundlich und kompetent beraten, die anderen Male wurde ich jedoch sehr unfreundlich und irgendwie von oben herab behandelt obwohl ich durchaus einiges im Geschäft kaufte. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich jedoch dass Prokopp bei foodsharing mitmacht und somit Gutes tut und Lebensmittel rettet. Ich würde mir als Verbesserungsvorschlag mehr Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit seitens der Mitarbeiter wünschen, das Sortiment bietet nämlich durchaus auch tolle Dinge welche es wert sind gekauft zu werden :) The selection is ok, the prices okay, but clearly more upscale. Many supplements are often too low in my eyes (for the prices definitely!). Since then you will rather find the big online competitor. The sellers have to be lucky, a lady once gave me a friendly and competent advice, but the other times I was treated very rude and somehow from the top down although I bought quite a bit in the business. However, I would like to emphasize positively that Prokopp participates in foodsharing and thus does good and saves food. I would like to suggest as an improvement more cordiality and friendliness on the part of the staff, the assortment offers namely also great things which are worth to be bought :)
