j	jules bendes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einkauf am 15.2 vormittags War heute in der Bipa Filiale und hatte eine seltsame Beratung. Ich habe mich erkundigt wann die Plantur 39 "in Blond" zu kaufen gibt. Die Verkäuferin eine 59+ (schaut wahrscheinlich älter aus als sie ist), komisch geschminkt (man erwartet sich von einer Mitarbeiterin einer Parfümerie etwas anderes), komische Brille, Frisur wie aus einem DDR Kino Film, kurze dunkle Haare. War zunächst normal höflich. Auf meine Frage antwortete sie nur "ich weiss nicht ob das kommt oder jemals kommt, für dünne blondierte Haare gibt es auch andere Produkte". Ich hörte meine Schwester im Nebenregal lachen. Ich bin seit meiner Geburt naturblond und das schaut auch nicht gefärbt aus. Ich wollte mir nur etwas Sommerfrisches verpassen und das Produkt ist auch gegen Haarausfall und nicht gegen dünne Haare. Da ich mit mir zufrieden bin, habe ich das nicht ganz ernst genommen und eher als die üblichen "Damenzickerein " abgetan. Trotzdem finde ich so eine "Beratung" mehr als fragwürdig. Sie kennt die Wirkung der eigenen Produkte nicht und ist beleidigend, zumal ich selten so eine altbackene Erscheinung in einer Parfümerie gesehen habe, war ich erstaunt und dachte es wäre eine versteckte Kamera. Mein Filialumsatz lag immer so um die 1.500 EUR/Jahr + Putzmittel für meine Firma. Ist nicht so hoch aber diese kann jetzt Bipa Berndorf abziehen. Werde die Filiale nicht mehr besuchen! Mein Rat: bessere Personalauswahl. Purchase on 15.2 in the morning Was in the Bipa branch today and had a strange consultation. I asked when the Plantur 39 "in blond" to buy. She does not know the effect of her own products and is insulting, especially as I have rarely seen such a stale appearance in a perfumery, I was amazed and thought it was a hidden camera. My store turnover was always around the 1,500 EUR / year + cleaning agent for my company. Is not that high but this can now deduct Bipa Berndorf. Will not visit the branch! My advice: better staff selection.
F	Franziska Frank on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Geschäft welches einladend wirkt, grosses, sehr gut sortiertes Sortiment, freundliche und hilfsbereite Verkäuferinnen. Zentrale Lage in Fussgängerzone. Aufgrund der guten Beratung findet sich auch mal Produkte die man selbst nicht entdeckt hätte, z. B. Sonnencreme für Allergiker, alternative Angebote. Es gibt immer Neues oder gutes Alt bewährtes, eine Bereicherung . A shop that looks inviting, large, very well-stocked assortment, friendly and helpful sales assistants. Central location in the pedestrian zone. Due to the good advice, there are sometimes products that you would not have discovered yourself, e.g. B. sunscreen for allergy sufferers, alternative offers. There is always new or good old proven, an asset.

Es gibt immer alle Produkte die man brauchen könnte und falls nicht wird es sofort nachbestellt. Top staff, who advise very well and always remain friendly.
