Die Mitarbeiterin teilte mir mit, dass der Infusionsschlauch (oder ein Rohr) verstopft oder defekt ist. Allein die Blicke der Mitarbeiterinnen machte mich stutzig. Ich solle auf jeden Fall mit der inkompetenten Ärztin reden. Ich solle bei Blut im Harn dringends zum Arzt und meine Nieren anschauen lassen. Mir wurde auf einmal schlecht und fragte sie ob es ihr ernst sei! Sie darauf" sie haben das ja so unterschrieben ". Natürlich war ich aufgeregt und nervös. Wie komme ich dazu? Es gab an der Uni Aufrufe, dass alle die gesund sind plasma spenden sollen (covid 19). Und dann hört man sowas! Der Ton macht die Musik! Ihr Tonart war grausam. Nachdem ich mich aufregte, sagte sie noch dazu" ich solle nie wieder kommen"! Ich bin immer noch sehr wütend und sprachlos. Das folgen haben! Today I was donating 2 times. The looks of the employees alone made me suspicious. I should definitely talk to the incompetent doctor. If there is blood in the urine, I should urgently see a doctor and have my kidneys checked. There were calls at the university that all who are healthy should donate plasma (covid 19). And then you hear something like that! The sound makes the music! Her tone was cruel. After I got upset, she said "I should never come back"! I am still very angry and speechless. Have that follow!

Das Zentrum ist nicht so überlaufen wie in der kirchengasse, also ist die wartezeit Gering. Ich gehe gerne dort hin :) I donate regularly in Operngasse. The team is always friendly and they always ask if you feel good while donating. The center is not as crowded as in kirchengasse, so the waiting time is short. I like to go there :)

Auch die Räumlichkeiten sind schön und stets sauber. Auch die Wartezeiten sind gering und man bekommt wenn man anruft auch spontan noch Termine. The employees are all incredibly friendly and competent. From the reception and the doctors to the staff in the donation room - great praise! The premises are also nice and always clean. The waiting times are also short and you get appointments spontaneously when you call.
