★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Dame am Schalter ist IMMER so freundlich, und die Ärzte oben beim Spenden ebenfalls. Sie sind alle sehr kompetent und befassen sich sehr gut mit jedem Einzelnen.
The lady at the counter is ALWAYS so friendly, and the doctors above donate as well. They are all very competent and work very well with each individual.

Ob am Empfang, die Ärzte oder im Spendesaal - alle sind immer freundlich und kompetent!
Wurde noch NIE (war heute zum 59. mal dort) schlecht gestochen.
War vorher bei Plasmapunkt und Biolife , kein Vergleich zu dem tollen Team von Europlasma. Weiter so !
When I get there, I always feel welcome.
Whether at the reception, the doctors or in the donation room - everyone is always friendly and competent!
Has NEVER been bad (was there for the 59th time today).
Was previously at Plasma Point and Biolife, no comparison to the great team from Europlasma. Keep it up !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Dame an der Rezeption unangenehm und unfreundlich. Keine Hilfe und keine Achtung. Ich war schon ein paar Mal dort, aber wegen ihr bin ich versucht, den Platz zu wechseln.
The lady at the front desk unpleasant and rude. No help and no respect. I've been there a couple of times but I'm tempted to change places because of her.
