Über 10 Jahre lang habe ich hier gespendet, aber mittlerweile ist mir der Umgang von den Ärztinnen mit den Spendern zu miserabel geworden. Man geht gut gelaunt hinein und kommt, aufgrund der herablassenden und richtig unfreundlichen Art der Ärztinnen, schlecht gelaunt wieder heraus. Diese Leute sollten nicht mit Menschen arbeiten, die sind komplett fehl am Platz! Ein Sternchen gibt es für die nette Empfangsdame. Sie entschuldigte sich bereits mehrmals bei mir für das Benehmen der Ärztinnen, wenn ich es vor Ort angesprochen habe. Geändert wurde leider nie etwas, weswegen ich garantiert nicht mehr hin gehen werde und jedem Anderen ebenfalls davon abrate! Keiner hat es verdient, sich unverschuldet den Launen dieser Ärztinnen auszusetzen! Incredibly a shame how massively negative this donation center has developed! The doctors are a horror! I donated here for over 10 years, but now the doctors' dealings with the donors have become too miserable for me. You go in in a good mood and come out in a bad mood due to the condescending and really unfriendly nature of the doctors. These people shouldn't work with people who are completely out of place! There is an asterisk for the nice receptionist. She has already apologized to me several times for the behavior of the doctors when I mentioned it on the spot. Unfortunately, nothing has ever been changed, which is why I'm guaranteed not to go there and advise everyone else against it! Nobody deserves to expose themselves to the whims of these doctors through no fault of their own!

Until, no matter whether on the phone, at the reception, the doctor or the nurses were always very nice and helpful :). I love coming here.

Ich war kurz davor einfach raus zu gehen. 0 Sterne für die eine Ärztinn die anderen wären wohl freundlicher gewesen. Receptionist gets 6 stars. The female doctor for the interview acted very disrespectful and upset. I was about to just walk out. 0 stars for one doctor, the others would have been friendlier.
