For that and some other things, he appeared to be a bit inexperienced. But I hear this place is on the cheaper side, so I can't realistically expect perfection, I guess I got what I paid for. A decent experience, would have probably worked better without a language barrier (I don't speak much German).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no reservation necessary/possible. But I usually don't have to wait any longer than 5-10 minutes. Staff is friendly and skilled in what they do. Although they accept debit/credit cards, tipping is only possible with cash. So please bring some coins. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been straightening my curly hair for over an year with Kevin, in Klipp, and the results are amazing. They are the only hairdressers I could find that use Sweet Hair straightening treatment in Vienna. This treatment keeps my hair smooth, and for each application, since the product is used on all hair length, the results keep getting better.
I also recommend Kevin for hair coloring, he's really dedicated to find the best match.
The employees in this shop speak English or understand it well, so suitable for foreigners.
No need to book an appointment, just pop in and hope there's not a long waiting line.
