Aber es hat mir eine Frau gesagt ,dass ich vor Biolife 4x spenden war und auf meinem Laufzettel stand heute das 6.Mal. also sind es 10x. Die haben sich so verändert. Das ist enorm. Zugeben tun sie auch nichts. Ich bin schwer enttäuscht. Früher bin ich sehr gerne spenden gegangen. Today I would have donated the 10th time and received 100 euros and they denied it and said they had everything on the computer. But a woman told me that I was donating 4x before Biolife and the 6th time was on my route slip today. so it's 10x. They have changed so much. It is enormous. They also admit nothing. I am very disappointed. I used to love to donate.

Als ich vor einer Woche mich in Favoritenstraße 93 melden war, das bei mir die Ecke ist. Bin ich sehr unfreundlich von der Empfangsdame, empfangen worden. Sie redete ständig wie viel Geld ich bekomme und wann ich es nicht bekomme. Es kam mir so vor als wäre ich ein Bettler. Als ich dann bei Ärztin war zu Nachbesprechung, war mein Blutdruck vor lauter Wut sehr hoch und Blutabgabe wurde verschoben auf heute, sie hat mir auch gesagt dass es keine Interesse mehr an Covid 19 Plasma gibt. Ich muss sagen dass die Ärztin sehr freundlich war. Im großen und ganzen wird mich dieses Haus niemals mehr sehen. After my Covid 19 illness, I was asked to donate plasma or blood in the hospital. When I reported a week ago in Favoritenstrasse 93, which is the corner with me. I was received very unkindly by the receptionist. She kept talking about how much money I get and when I don't get it. I felt like I was a beggar. When I was with the doctor for a debriefing, my blood pressure was very high out of sheer anger and blood delivery was postponed until today, she also told me that there was no longer any interest in Covid 19 plasma. I have to say that the doctor was very friendly. By and large, this house will never see me again.

Ich hatte einen Termin per Telefon ausgemacht, und ging hin. Die Dame an der Rezeption stellte mir dann nochmal dieselben Fragen, die ich bereits telefonisch beantwortet hatte. Dann stellte sie fest, dass ich in ihrem System nicht gemeldet sei, und einen Meldezettel mitbringen müsste. Hätte man mir das nicht schon am Telefon sagen könne? Abgesehen davon hatte die Dame einen etwas überheblichen Ton, als ob sie mit einem Kind sprechen würde, welches ihre Sprache nicht verstehen würde... Sehr schade. Bin von der Kirchengasse einen wesentlich besseren Kundenservice gewohnt. I have been a donor for about 10 years. Until now I was only able to donate in Kirchengasse, and today, for the first time, in Favoritenstrasse. I made an appointment by phone and went. The lady at the reception then asked me the same questions that I had already answered over the phone. Then she found out that I was not registered in her system and that I had to bring a registration slip with me. Couldn't I have been told that on the phone? Apart from that, the lady had a somewhat arrogant tone, as if she were speaking to a child who would not understand her language ... It's a shame. I'm used to much better customer service from Kirchengasse.

Es wird während der Spende sehr auf das Wohlbefinden geachtet und ständig gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist, oder ob man noch etwas Trinken möchte. Bis jetzt habe ich keine negative Erfahrung gemacht. Very competent and friendly employees. During the donation, great attention is paid to your wellbeing and you are constantly asked whether everything is OK or whether you would like to have another drink. So far I haven't had a negative experience.

P	Pietro Comes 2 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Run away!!! Awful place guys! The staff is so rude and unrespectful. They are so suspicious with foreigner and they love talking with you with cynical sarcasmus. I prefer to go somewhere else. There is much better and they also pay better. Then they ask you if you are homosexual so if you can donate. One of the most stupid questionare ever. Is is not asked if you make safe sex ir if you go to prostitute. They care only of your sexual orientation. This is pure homofobia. Before the test they destroyed my member card I did 3 years ago without my permission, a clear expression of arrogance. I couldn't even keep the pieces, it was just to have a remember of my first year in Vienna. So run away from here guys. Horrible customer service and the payment is not woth. Many times they also inserted the needle wrong which consequently is very painful!
