★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor ungefähr drei Wochen ist, es jetzt schon her da habe ich ein Bewerbungsgespräch vereinbart.Leider bin ich kurz da vor positiv auf Omikron getestet worden, und habe um einen neuen Termin gebeten.Frau Özkoral schrieb mir zurück, das Sie mir gute Besserung Wünsche und das ich mich bei ihr melden, soll wenn ich aus der Quarantäne draußen bin.So weit so normal.Dann nach zwei Wochen Quarantäne meldete ich mich wieder um einen neuen Termin zu vereinbaren.Statt mir einen neuen Termin zu geben schickte sie mir Kommentar los ein Formular zum Ausfüllen, unter anderem konnte man auch ankreuzen wie oft man geimpft ist man konnte auch ankreuzt das man nicht geimpft ist.Habe also angegeben das ich nicht geimpft bin und habe dazu geschrieben das ich seit 27.01.2022 genesen.Vor ein paar Tagen schreibt sie mir:Danke für Ihre Bewerbung und Ihr Interesse an einer Mitarbeit in unserem Kindergarten.Momentan passen unsere Anforderungen nicht zu Ihrem Profil,daher können wir Sie im weiteren Bewerbungsprozess nicht berücksichtigen.Schon komisch dass ihr das erst jetzt auffällt das die Anforderungen momentan nicht nicht zu meinem Profil passen.Entweder die Frau hat sich meinen Lebenslauf nicht, durchgelesen oder sie hat mich nicht zu einem neuen Termin eingeladen weil ich nicht geimpft bin.Achja meinen Namen hat sie auch falsch geschrieben statt Kozek hat Kotzek geschrieben.Ich habe übrigens eine Ausbildung zur geprüften Kindergartenassistentin(Wifi)und einen Kurs gemacht Grundlagen der Montessori-Pädagogik(Wifi).Und bin Springerin in der Gemeinde Deutsch-Wagram und St.Nikolausstiftung und habe etliche Praktika absolviert Hort ,Krippe,Kindergärten,und mit Kinder mit besonderen Bedürfnissen gearbeitet.Aber jeder bekommt die MitarbeiterInnen die, er oder sie verdient ich bin mir sicher Frau Özkoral bekommt auch die MitarbeiterInnen die sie verdient!
About three weeks ago, it's already been since I arranged an interview. Unfortunately, shortly before that I tested positive for Omicron and asked for a new appointment. Ms. Özkoral wrote back to me that she wished me a speedy recovery and that I should contact her when I'm out of quarantine. So far, so normal. Then after two weeks of quarantine I contacted her again to make a new appointment. Instead of giving me a new appointment, she sent me a comment Form to fill out, among other things you could also tick how often you are vaccinated you could also tick that you are not vaccinated. So I stated that I am not vaccinated and wrote that I have been recovering since January 27th, 2022. Writing a few days ago me: Thank you for your application and your interest in working in our kindergarten. At the moment our requirements do not match your profile, so we cannot accept you in the further application g process.It's funny that she only now realizes that the requirements don't currently match my profile.Either the woman hasn't read through my CV or she hasn't invited me to a new appointment because I'm not vaccinated.Oh yes She also wrote my name wrong. Instead of Kozek, Kotzek wrote it. Incidentally, I trained as a certified kindergarten assistant (wifi) and did a course on the basics of Montessori pedagogy (wifi). and have completed a number of internships after-school care, crèche, kindergarten, and worked with children with special needs. But everyone gets the employees he or she deserves, I'm sure Mrs Özkoral also gets the employees she deserves!
