Ordered a new Haibike from here, as they are a premium dealer, was generally good informed of the advantages and disadvantages of the bike I ordered. (I already made my choice beforehand)
Staff has a good English proficiency, even though it’s not their native language, they are glad to help you.
In my case the order was delayed due problems at the manufacturer, regardless, they apologised for the delay. (I actually called the manufacturer to confirm the delay)
Please do keep in mind that there is a certain expectation from the customer as well, so please do some research before buying an (e)-bike.
