F	Felix Felice on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Auto war in einen Unfall verwickelt und wurde zu Auto Hollaus gebracht. Schaden wurde direkt mit Versicherung abgewickelt, was sehr angenehm war. Das langsamste Glied in der ganzen Kette waren die Versicherungen. Reparatur ab Freigabe war in wenigen Tagen (weil größerer Blechschaden) erledigt. Ich wurde informiert, ab wann das Auto wieder abgeholt werden konnte und bin jetzt wieder mobil. In der Zwischenzeit wurde mir ein Ersatzwagen von Auto Hollaus zu Verfügung gestellt, welcher danke meiner Versicherung kostenmäßig zum Großteil gedeckt war. War mit Pickerle auch schon bei Auto Hollaus. Man bekommt schnell und unkompliziert einen Termin. Bei Reparaturbedarf wird man informiert, wenn es ein größerer Bedarf ist - es wird das repariert was erforderlich ist. Gleichzeitig wird man informiert, was ggf. in den nächster Zeit daherkommt. Fühle mich gut und kompetent aufgehoben - bin immer wieder gerne dort Kunde. My car was involved in an accident and was taken to Auto Hollaus. Damage was handled directly with insurance, which was very pleasant. The slowest link in the chain was insurance. Repair from approval was done in a few days (because of major sheet metal damage). I was informed when the car could be picked up again and am now mobile again. In the meantime I was provided with a replacement car from Auto Hollaus, which, thanks to my insurance, was largely covered in terms of costs. Has already been to Auto Hollaus with Pickerle. You can get an appointment quickly and easily. If there is a need for repairs, you will be informed if there is a greater need - what is required will be repaired. At the same time, you will be informed of what may come up in the near future. I feel in good hands and in good hands - I am always happy to be a customer there.

Jetzt behaupten Sie das wäre nicht der Fall. Auf meine Frage ob wir das irgendwie klären können wurde ich leider von Ihnen ausgeblockt mit dem Hinweis es gäbe nichts schriftliches. Stimmt die Schlüsselhinterlegung habe ich mir leider nicht bestätigen lassen. Jetzt aufgrund einer negativen Rezension möchten Sie reden. Gerne können Sie mir einen Vorschlag per Mail senden Impossible ...... So here is my answer. I have tried several times to clarify this with you. You wanted me to leave the key with you. Für ein positives Gutachten mussten die Bremsen gemacht und die Scheibenwischer ausgetauscht werden. Wie vereinbart wurde ich telefonisch über die notwendigen Arbeiten vorher informiert. Alles ging kontaktlos und zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit über die Bühne. Preis war fair, was ich gemäß meiner Erfahrung sagen kann. Gutachten war beigelegt. Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist super. Hab Auto vor der Arbeit abgegeben und vor Ladenschluss wieder abgeholt. Komme gerne wieder vorbei :-) Gerne weiter so liebes Auto Hollaus Team My Pickerle was about to expire and I was planning to go abroad. I easily got an appointment at Auto Hollaus for the picker. For a positive report, the brakes had to be made and the windshield wipers replaced. As agreed, I was informed in advance by phone about the necessary work. Everything went contactlessly and to my complete satisfaction. Price was fair from what I can say based on my experience. The appraisal was enclosed. Access to public transport is great. Dropped off the car before work and picked it up before the store closed. I would love to come by again :-) Keep it up, dear Auto Hollaus team
