Ohne Rücksprache (!) wurden Teile getauscht. Kein klärendes Gespräch möglich. Schade. Nie mehr wieder!!! The pricing as well as the sales strategy is quite questionable. Overpriced single components (much above the EIA) are offered. Without consultation (!) Parts were exchanged. No clarifying conversation possible. Too bad. Never again!!!

Kontakt war immer rasch, bemüht und freundlich! Erste kleine Service mit Schaltung nachstellen wurde dann Vorort im Geschäft erledigt. Macht für mich alles einen stimmigen Eindruck und ich habe es nicht bereut als Grazer nach Hartberg gefahren zu sein! I bought my Cannondale Topstone here almost a year ago, was delivered to me in lockdown and already adjusted according to my body measurements. Contact was always quick, hard-working and friendly! The first small service with switching was then done on site in the shop. Everything makes a coherent impression to me and I have not regretted going to Hartberg as a Graz native!

Hierfür kann aber der Händler nicht‘s Very friendly seller. But unfortunately the e-bike is already being repaired after a good 3 weeks of use. But the dealer cannot do this

Eine überaus freundliche, familiäre Atmosphäre erwartet einen. Das Geschäft ist übersichtlich, sauber gepflegt und geordnet, die Beratung sehr kompetent, freundlich und unaufdringlich. Ich hab ein E-Bike gekauft, war aber mit meinem Entschluss, was das Modell betrifft, nicht ganz zufrieden. Es war nicht meine erste Wahl. Die Zweifel wurden auf dem Weg nach Hause größer, und so hab ich mich entschlossen, am nächsten Tag nocheinmal das Geschäft zu besuchen, mit der Bitte um Rückabwicklung und Wahl eines anderen Modelles. Verständnisvoll und freundlich hat sich der Chef meiner Sache angenommen, und gemeinsam konnten wir nun zu meiner großen Freude und Zufriedenheit den Kauf meines Wunsch E-Bikes beschließen, und freue mich nun umso mehr, mein neues E-Bike demnächst abholen zu können. The business is clear, neatly tidy and orderly, the advice very competent, friendly and unobtrusive. I bought an e-bike, but I wasn't entirely satisfied with my decision regarding the model. It wasn't my first choice. The doubts grew on the way home, and so I decided to visit the shop again the next day, with the request to reverse the transaction and choose another model. The boss took care of me in a friendly and understanding manner, and together we were able to decide to buy my dream e-bike, to my great joy and satisfaction, and I am now all the more pleased to be able to pick up my new e-bike soon.
