★ ★ ★ ★ ★ so einen unfreundlichen service habe ich noch nie erlebt. das schmückstück, dass ich kaufen wollte wurde mir aus der hand gerissen und zurück gehängt, auf fragen bekamen wir nur schnippische antworten und ich wurde quer durch den laden gedrängelt zu anderer ware die ich nicht wollte. wenn ichs nicht will kann ichs ja bleiben lassen. durch und durch unsympathisch.
I have never experienced such unfriendly service. The jewelry that I wanted to buy was torn from my hand and hung back, when we asked questions we only got snappy answers and I was pushed across the shop to other goods that I didn't want. if I don't want it, I can leave it alone. thoroughly unsympathetic.
