Verbesserung ist erwünscht und dringend notwendig!!!! Very very bad!!! The BH-Hartberg is just as inaccessible during the very short opening times as outside of the opening times! (Ich bin K1) Mittlerweile sind schon 6 Tage vergangen und ich habe keinen einzigen Anruf bekommen, eine frechheit! Der Herr am Schalter war auch sehr zuvorkommend und schnell...... Alles eigentlich untypisch für ein Amt, sehr flexibel! Daumen hoch, danke für die schnelle Bearbeitung! Aber in der Bezirkshauptmannschaft ist es anders nach Beendigung vom Gesprächs wurde aufgelegt, das ist unfreundlich. The information was ok. but the friendliness on the phone is not that good. I was brought up to say goodbye on the phone. But in the district administration it is different after the end of the conversation, the hang-up is unfriendly.
