I've never seen more incompetence in one place. Such bad and rude staff. Incredible. Indescribable. Just embarrassing.

Die wartezeiten bei ihnen sind sehr entsetzend, ich wRte bis zu 10 minuten auf eine antwort von ihnen, doch was passiert?!? ich kriege keine antwort. der kerl beim empfang ist aber sehr vorzüglich nett und sympathisch gebt ihm ein raise dankeschön und einen gti. Ich hoffe Sie können sich im laufe der zeit verbesseen dann werden sie noch eine kritik von mir erhalten. dankeschön für den miserablen aufenthalt.

I asked you to give me an appointment. The waiting times with you are very appalling, I expect up to 10 minutes for an answer from you, but what happens?!? I get no answer. the guy at the reception is very nice and personable give him a raise thank you and a gti. I hope you can improve over time, then you will receive a criticism from me. Thank you for the miserable stay.
