Here is my feedback: - Telephone numbers and responsible persons are no longer up-to-date on the website - It is often not picked up at all (it only worked for me on the 5th attempt) - You have to wait 2 months for an appointment for a passport renewal It's nice that our tax money is used well and that the officials take their job seriously.

Die Organisation lässt teilweise wirklich zu wünschen übrig, wobei man sich dann die Frage stellt, wozu man sich Tage vorher einen Termin ausmacht oder nachfragt, wann welcher Beamte da ist und dann erst zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt kommen muss. Man hat ja sonst nichts zu tun. Soetwas habe ich in Wien und Mödling niemals erlebt. Der schlimmste Punkt ist aber der, das die "neue" Dame am Empfang eine richtige Furie ist. Keine Ahnung welche Probleme diese Frau hat, aber die Art und Weise, wie sie mit Menschen umgeht ist unter aller *. Die Dame davor war ein Traum. Freundlich und kompetent. Hoffentlich wird die aktuelle Dame bald ersetzt, denn dieses Verhalten ist einfach eine Zumutung! The officers are almost all very nice. Machen telefonisch Termine aus, später weiß dann keiner davon. Also nur Email Kontakt empfohlen! Wobei man auf diese Emails auch nicht immer Antworten bekommt. Wenn man Bestätigungen braucht, wird es einen telefonisch zugesagt, ist man vor Ort, gibt es dafür keine Bestätigungen. Bin als Österreicherin sehr enttäuscht solchen Beamten ausgeliefert zu sein! Möchte gar nicht wissen, wie man als Ausländer behandelt wird. Das Beste, wenn man etwas vergessen hat, wird man auch noch ausgelacht, anstatt einfach zu sagen, bringen Sie es nach zb. Very impolite! Actually impossible! Treat you like animals! If at all possible, get another bra to take care of you. Make appointments by phone, nobody knows about them later. So only email contact recommended! Although you don't always get replies to these emails. If you need confirmations, you will be confirmed by phone, if you are on site there are no confirmations. As an Austrian I am very disappointed to be at the mercy of such officials! I don't even want to know how to be treated as a foreigner. The best thing, if you've forgotten something, is laughed at instead of simply saying, bring it to e.g.

Sie haben ihre Arbeit schnell erledigt ohne irgendwelche unnötige und komische Fragen zu stellen (wie z.B auf anderen Ämtern). Today we had 2 new passports reissued by appointment. The officers were very nice and competent. They got their job done quickly without asking any unnecessary and weird questions (such as in other offices).
