Seldom experienced anything like this, the young lady at the ID / passport department was so rude, unfriendly and condescending !! If you don't feel like doing your job then you better go stamping !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wußte nicht, dass man einen Termin braucht um eine Namensänderung im Pass vorzunehmen. Da ich nur 1x in der Woche am Vormittag frei habe war ich natürlich sehr glücklich, dass mir Fr. Wehinger innerhalb einer Stunde einen Termin bei ihr ermöglichte. Möchte mich auf diesem Wege ganz herzlich bedanken.
Didn't know that you need an appointment to change your passport name. Since I only have one morning a week off, I was of course very happy that Ms. Wehinger made an appointment with her within an hour. I would like to thank you very much in this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komplizierter und unflexiebler gehts nicht! Man benötigt seit neustem für alles einen Termin. Nicht einmal für die Abwicklung der Anträge notwendigen Dokumente können einfach an den zuständigen Stellen abgegenen werden!
It couldn't be more complicated and inflexible! You recently needed an appointment for everything. Documents that are not even required for processing the applications can simply be submitted to the responsible offices!
