F	FANTASY STUDIOS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach furchtbar was man an diesem Ort miterleben muss! Großteil der Menschen die dort angestellt sind haben weder nennenswerte Intelligenz, noch Anstand. Hier sieht man wie dumme Menschen denen man einen gewissen posten unterteilt werden. Arrogant, schnippisch, Verlogen, Verurteilend, nicht eloquent und kaum eine Fähigkeit sich zu artikulieren, wenn nur sehr erzwungen. Im Großen und Ganzen sieht man an diesem Ort leider sehr viele Inkompetente Angestellte woran jeder Psychologe eine Freude hätte diese zu erforschen. Ps: Aber natürlich gibt es auch hier ein paar Mitarbeiter/innen die sehr Freundlich und am Boden geblieben sind und was im Kopf haben. Simply terrible what you have to experience in this place! Most of the people who are employed there have neither significant intelligence nor decency. Here you can see how stupid people are divided into a certain post. Arrogant, snappy, lying, judgmental, not eloquent and hardly an ability to articulate, if only very forced. On the whole, unfortunately, you can see a lot of incompetent employees at this place, which every psychologist would be happy to research. Ps: But of course there are also a few employees who are very friendly and have stayed on the ground and have something in mind.

Reisepass und Führerschein war viel schneller fertig als vorhergesagt! Very polite and courteous officials (on site and also on the phone) and super fast service! Passport and driver's license was ready much faster than predicted!
M	Martina Berti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann mich nicht beklagen, hatte noch keine Schwierigkeiten mit jemandem in dieser Behörde. Alle waren hilfsbereit und nett bei meinen zwei Besuchen. Auch telefonisch waren alle höflich und geduldig. Vor allem die Dame und der Herr für die Namensänderungen. Einzig negativ, wie oft hier schon erwähnt: Die Parkplatzsuche. Ich hatte am Domplatz (Kurzparkzone, wie draußen auch) Glück und ging dann rüber. Can't complain, had no trouble with anyone in this agency. Everyone was helpful and kind on my two visits. Everyone was also polite and patient over the phone. Especially the lady and the gentleman for the name changes. The only negative, as often mentioned here: the search for a parking space. I was lucky on the Domplatz (short parking zone, as well as outside) and then went over.

Theissl) hat sich in unsere Situation versetzt und uns durch den Behördenjungle geführt. Freundlich, professionell, hilfsbereit und sehr sehr effizient. Daumen hoch ?? Was enthusiastic!! My best visit to the authorities so far. The ladies from the right of residence department (Ms. Filzwieser and Ms. Theissl) put themselves into our situation and led us through the jungle of the authorities. Friendly, professional, helpful and very very efficient. Thumbs up ??

Aber bei der jugendwohlfahrt kommt man nie durch,.. Ich probiere schon so lange dort jemanden zu erreichen aber nie geht jemand ran. Bin mittlerweile sehr verärgert ? The person in charge who always picks up on the phone is very polite and courteous, .. I almost feel sorry for him because he takes the calls and forwards them .. But you never get through with youth welfare .. I've been trying to reach someone there for so long, but nobody ever answers. I'm very angry now ?
M	Markuuu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Termin um 8:00 Zuerst muss man draußen in der Kälte warten weil vier Termine um 8:00 vergeben werden Und dann muss man drinnen auch noch mal 30 Minuten warten weil der Termin angeblich eingeschoben ist obwohl ich den Termin vor 2 Wochen ausgemacht habe!! Von den zwei security Damen von denen man draußen betreut wird wenn man das so nennen kann will ich erst gar nicht anfangen Traurig wie unsere Steuergelder verschwendet werden Das ganze Personal so unfreundlich wie ich es in meinen Leben noch nie irgendwo erlebt habe Bei so einer Warte Zeit hat man genug Zeit schlechte Rezensionen zu schreiben selber schuld!! Appointment at 8:00 am First you have to wait outside in the cold because four appointments are given at 8:00 And then you have to wait another 30 minutes inside because the appointment is said to have been pushed in even though I made the appointment 2 weeks ago!! I don't even want to start with the two security ladies who look after you outside, if you can call it that It's sad how our tax dollars are being wasted The whole staff so unfriendly as I have never experienced anywhere in my life With such a waiting time you have enough time to write bad reviews yourself to blame!

The service at the visa processing was absolutely great, both through the phone as well as personally. All employees we interacted to were kind and helpful. We were also lucky not to have to wait much to be assisted.
