N	Nii Sii on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn Sie die Wahl haben, suchen Sie sich einen anderen Augenspezialisten. Ich würde eigentlich null Sterne geben. So eine unfreundliche Ordinationshilfe haben meine Familie und ich noch NIE erlebt. Es gab ein Missverständnis bei der Terminvergabe. Kollegin A gab mir damals Termin A den ich verschieben lassen musste und Kollegin B gab uns dann einen neuen Termin B am nächsten Tag. Das wurde aber nie in deren System eingetragen. Nun wurde ich vorhin von der Dame am Telefon zurechtgewiesen und regelrecht angeschnauzt dass ich 5min nach der Terminzeit auch nicht mehr kommen brauche und dass das mein Pech und mein Verschulden sei, die Ordi sei sowieso schon so voll. Dieser sarkastische Unterton und das Abwertende gehabe war unterstes Niveau. Nachdem sie mich aus der Leitung geworfen und mich nie zurückgerufen hat, habe ich perplex noch einmal angerufen. Jedoch keine Entschuldigung, gar nichts. Bei der neuen Terminvergabe war sie dann besser drauf und nach einem Blick auf die Öffnungszeiten wurde mir dann auch klar woher der Wind weht... pünktlicher Dienstschluss lautet wohl deren Tagesziel. Zum Arzt kann ich erst im Juni was sagen, aber wenn er so arbeitet wie sein Vorzimmer, kann ich gleich mit 2 Augenklappen durchs leben laufen. Einfach unfassbar. If you have a choice, find another eye care professional. I would actually give zero stars. My family and I have NEVER experienced such an unfriendly ordination help. There was a misunderstanding when making an appointment. At the time, colleague A gave me appointment A that I had to postpone and colleague B then gave us a new appointment B the next day. But that was never entered in their system. Now I was reprimanded earlier by the lady on the phone and literally snapped at me that I didn't need to come 5 minutes after the appointment time and that that was my bad luck and my fault, the Ordi was already so full anyway. This sarcastic undertone and the derogatory attitude was the lowest level. After she threw me off the line and never called me back, I called again, perplexed. However, no excuse, nothing at all. With the new appointment she was in a better mood and after a look at the opening times it became clear to me where the wind was blowing ... punctual end of work is probably her goal for the day. I can't say anything to the doctor until June, but if he works like his anteroom, I can walk through life with two eye patches. Simply unbelievable.
A	Alexander Helfrich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also fachlich war ich persönlich IMMER SEHR ZUFRIEDEN mit den Behandlungen von Dr Tölly. Heute war ich jedoch mit meinem 5 jährigen Sohn wegen einem roten Auge in der Praxis. Er ist unser Jüngster und wenn er Schmerzen und/oder Angst hat ist er etwas anstrengender. Also was ich mir denke ist: betreffend "Unfreundliche Ordinationsgehilfen" - wobei ich sagen muss ich bin sehr sensibel und auch geschult was diesen Thema betrifft - würde ich voll unterschreiben. Mir fällt da immer nur ein Spruch ein, "Wer mit Menschen arbeiten will muss Menschen mögen". Es hat sich angefühlt wie Dienst nach Vorschrift. Und nach unter 2 Minuten waren wir auch schon wieder draußen. Ich würde sagen, super Ordination für Erwachsene, aber für Kinder eher nicht zu empfehlen - wenn nicht alles super klappt, also: "Rein Setzen, Augen auf, zur Tür schauen, passt es ist das und das fertig. Alles Gute, ciao." Mal sehen, ob sie kritikfähig sind. Leider geben wenig Leute ehrliches Feedback. 3 von 5 Sternen von mir, weil die Praxis nicht für alle Menschen geeignet ist. Für kranke, verängstigte Kinder gibts dort eine Empfehlung zur Narkose woanders und eine zügig geöffnete Ausgangstüre. So technically, personally, I was ALWAYS VERY SATISFIED with Dr Tölly's treatments. However, today I went to the practice with my 5 year old son because of a red eye. He is our youngest and when he is in pain and / or afraid he is a little more strenuous. So what I think to myself is: regarding "unfriendly ordination assistants" - although I have to say I am very sensitive and also trained on this topic - I would fully subscribe. I only ever think of one saying, "If you want to work with people, you have to like people". It felt like duty to rule. And after less than 2 minutes we were outside again. I would say, great ordination for adults, but not recommended for children - if everything doesn't go well, so: "Sit in, open your eyes, look at the door, everything is ready and done. All the best, ciao." Let's see if they are capable of criticism. Unfortunately, few people give honest feedback. 3 out of 5 stars from me because the practice is not suitable for all people. For sick, scared children there is a recommendation for anesthesia elsewhere and an exit door that is opened quickly.
H	Hannes Fischer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann die schlechten Rezensionen nicht nachvollziehen. Die Damen am Telefon und am Empfang nett, freundlich und kommunikativ und zu Scherzen aufgelegt. Fachlich überzeugend keine Wartezeit was ungewöhnlich ist in Corona Zeiten. Ich denke dass die die schlechte Rezensionen schreiben nicht wissen wie man sich zu benehmen hat und deswegen auch dementsprechend behandelt worden sind. Wer jemanden mit Grant oder Überheblichkeit kommt darf sich nicht wundern wenn es genauso zurück kommt. I can't understand the bad reviews. The ladies on the phone and at the reception were nice, friendly and communicative and had a joke. Technically convincing no waiting time which is unusual in Corona times. I think those who write bad reviews don't know how to behave and have therefore been treated accordingly. Whoever comes to someone with grant or arrogance shouldn't be surprised if it comes back the same way.

Der Herr Doktor selbst ist äußerst kompetent, hat halt seine Ecken und Kanten, die man respektieren sollte - dann passt's. Ordination well organized, appointments are kept, employees are very nice. The doctor himself is extremely competent, has his rough edges that you should respect - then it fits.
B	Bianca P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war wegen einer akuten Augenentzündung (wegen der ich nicht zu meinem eigentlichen Arzt fahren konnte) bei Dr. Tölly . Konnte gleich vorbei kommen und wurde dann auch schnell diagnostiziert und eine salbe verschrieben...Aber dann sollte ich sofort einen Seetest machen und mir wurden Gläser vorgehalten und was das soll dass ich das nicht sehe, ich fuhr ja schließlich Auto. War wirklich extrem ungut und als ich dann darauf hingewiesen habe, dass ich eine Augensalbe drinnen habe, war Hr Dr auch klar wieso ich das nicht gesehen habe. Bin dankbar dass ich als Notfall dran genommen wurde, aber einen so unguten Arzt habe ich selten erlebt. I was with Dr. Tölly. I was able to come by right away and was quickly diagnosed and prescribed an ointment ... But then I was supposed to do a sea test immediately and glasses were held up to me and what that means that I don't see it, after all, I was driving a car. It was really extremely bad and when I then pointed out that I had an eye ointment in it, it was clear to Dr Dr why I had not seen it. I'm grateful that I was taken on as an emergency, but I've rarely seen such a bad doctor.

Ein sehr freundlicher..kompetenter und einfühlsamer Arzt, ihm liegen seine Patienten am Herzen.Seine Damen im Vorzimmer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! My family and I are leaving to Dr Tölly and his team for years! A very friendly .. competent and empathetic doctor, his patients are close to his heart.
