C	Christian N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff , highly attentive and clean rooms. Can be loud with large tour groups arriving. Perhaps some signage in the expected groups language detailing some of the basic etiquettes in relation to being loud/yelling early in the morning and use of the common areas would help.

I stay in this hotel at a temperature of 22 degrees. Room temperature can not be adjusted! I asked the hotel manager why I had to support these conditions and he replied that the cooling system is broken and has nothing to do! And I get sick! A rude and an unrelenting manager! High prices, low quality!

The room was very cold and we thought there would be a malfunction in the central heating system. However, on Thursday, March 5, when our room was very cold in the same way, I told the hotel receptionist that our room was very cold and that we wanted to change it. However, the receptionist later said that the hotel management refused our request and they would not change our room. This is unacceptable and never suits a quality hotel. We spent 2 terrible nights at the west Bestern Smart Hotel. I will stay away from this hotel during my life.
R	Rita Pico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff very rude. The receptionist ordered me to go to sleeping when I was on the phone at 2h in the launch area. Staff don't respond to foreign people in the breakfast time. I didn't understand why. I think it was because the group was from Brazil, they didn't like us. A lot of confusion in the check in to change information and people from one room to another. Both rooms were paid. I didn't like the service. Rude people working there.

And yes even they do not have hot milk in breakfast menu. Not their fault, it's just Austrians culture. Overall all good. Rooms are neat and tidy. Prompt service.

The problem for ME personally is that I HATE strong fragrances and the room reeks because of the linens and so constantly sneezing. It's toxic. I don't want to be in the room. If you are a person who doesn't give a rats about strong chemical fragrance, then you will be fine.
M	Mama Junk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is a little way off the city center, so it will take a 50 minute subway- train ride to get there.(or 25 min by car). However, the train station is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is also right next to a huge shopping center in case you need anything.We were greeted very well at reception by friendly staff. As it was close to supper time, they suggest we eat at their hotel restaurant which we did. We had the traditional Wiener Schnitzel, but with pork instead of veal. It was very good, and the portions were generous.The room itself is nothing spectacular, but what you would expect for the price you are paying. More importantly is was clean, and quite (unless you open the window). The room itself does not have A/C but the entire building is climate controlled, for better energy efficiency. So, if the temp outside is really hot (>30C), expect your room to be 23-25C. Overall, good hotel for the price.
B	Benjamin Vigier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felt like sleeping in a sauna, cracking the window open didn't help... actually made it worse because of the road noise. Also, the pillows so big that your head basically has to rest at a 90° angle to your body. Good point for the breakfast team that was friendly and helpful!
