★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel itself was really good, a very good atmosphere. The three star rating is a result of more than a lack luster experience for anyone unfortunate enough to traverse this place whilst riding a wheelchair. Multiple places aren't reachable without help, some aren't at all without major help, and getting in there is a pain as well. The way in has accommodation, but it's just for show and will, if not be unhelpful even harm people since it is rather easy to fall off with slopes this steep

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's really nice place. Staff is very pleasant, willing to help with a smile, rooms excellent, breakfast very good as well. All in all, very pleasant stay, will come back for sure.
Note, one of the biggest shopping center in Vienna is just few steps away, so it's nice bonus ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the most suitable hotel for business events. Everything you need is in the hotel. There is no need to go outside. Near to the hotel there is a shopping mall. There is onyle one disadvantage for people who want to see Vienna, the hotel is a little bit far away from the city center. However, there is a train station in a walking distance.

such a good Hotel, but the food is 2 Hours delay !, people where complaining in Public.
I just can not believe it, HOTEL RESTAURANT is very very BAD !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ some party of the rooms seemed freshly rennovated, others not so much e.g the funiture besides the bed, the table lamps and the phone, that did not work at all. There was also no hair shampoo in the bathroom, no kettle/tea/coffe selection, no slippers (which are just things I am used to having in a hotel room of this price range) and we had to ask for a fresh set of towels to go to the sauna, as bath-towels for the spa area were not provided. The sauna was also missing a place where you could drink water afterwards.
I relly liked the beautiful pool although the water was too cold to stay in there long, same goes for the whirlpool (honestly what whirlpool has cold water??) - and it is quite the walk to get anywhere which makes it easy to get all your steps in ;)
Breakfast is great if you are there early, later on the selections gets smaller.
The biggest plus was the extremely friendly and well trained staff, I enjoyed every interaction no matter if front of house or house keeping crew!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Hotel should be 5 stars hotel. The lobby is amazing, the staff is nice and speak several language. The rooms are quite and big, the breakfast is very and has a lot of choices to choose from, parking is available to the guest and it is free. I'm coming here whenever I'm back to Vienna again. Thanks for your welcome. Recommended
