Das Büroteam ist sehr freundlich ?, hilfsbereit und fachlich sehr kompetent. Der Übungsplatz für die praktische Ausbildung ist sehr groß und optimal für die ersten Fahrstunden mit dem ? bzw. ? geeignet. Die Fahrlehrer sind sehr, sehr freundlich ?, bestens ausgebildet ? und sehr kompetent ?. P	Philipp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alles top so weit. Habe vor kurzem meine 3. Führerscheinklasse bei der Fahrschule erworben und war jedes mal sehr zufrieden. Sehr nette Leute, egal ob Fahrlehrer oder Büro. Termine sind immer einfach und schnell zu vereinbaren, Theoriekurse sind gut erklärt und zeitlich auch mit der Arbeit oder Schule gut vereinbar. In den Fahrstunden wird einem alles beigebracht was man braucht. Und die Kosten sind im vergleich zu den anderen Fahrschulen doch ein gutes Stück günstiger. Ich kann die Fahrschule Ostbahn nur weiterempfehlen und werde auch in Zukunft dort bleiben für meine Klassenaufstiege bei der klasse A und was sonst noch so kommt. Everything was great as far. Have been acquired and recently had my third driving license at the driving school every time very satisfied. Very nice people, whether driving instructor or office. Dates are always simple and rapidly agreeing theory courses are well explained and well compatible with work or school time. In the driving lessons an all taught that you need. And the cost is cheaper compared to the other driving schools but a good deal. I can only recommend the driving school Eastern Railway and will remain so in the future there for my class climbs in class A and whatever else comes.
I	Isabella S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man ein ängstlicher Mensch/Fahrer ist, sollte man sich vorher Beraten lassen, welcher Fahrlehrer der Richtige ist (Ich hab den Fahrlehrer sehr oft wechseln müssen!). Sofern man aber einen passenden Fahrlehrer findet, geht alles relativ schnell. Die Theoriestunden waren auch sehr angenehm. Eine positive Veränderung der Fahrschule muss ich anmerken: die neue Sekretärin ist sehr höflich und liebenswert - definitiv nicht zu vergleichen mit der damaligen Besetzung! If you are a fearful person / driver, you should get advice beforehand which driving instructor is the right one (I had to change the driving instructor very often!). But if you can find a suitable driving instructor, everything goes relatively quickly. The theory lessons were also very enjoyable. I have to note a positive change in the driving school: the new secretary is very polite and lovable - definitely not to be compared with the occupation at the time!

Themen sind : - Intransparenz, darunter fallen vor allem Sachen wie kostenverursachende Fälle bzw. wie diese wann geregelt werden. Selbst wenn diese Daten mglw einsichtbar sind, so sind diese nicht leicht auffindbar. - Kommunikation, ein großer Teil der Kommunikation geschieht telefonisch. Hier treten Themen wie schwere Erreichbarkeit und standardisierte Terminbestätigungen via Mail auf. Gut gefällt mir, dass der Versuch einer proaktiven Kommunikation vorhanden ist. Die zwei Sterne ergeben sich aus der vmtl ressourcenbedingten nicht immer optimalen Service-Leistung gegenüber Kundinnen und der damit einhergehenden benötigten Eigenverantwortung und ist kein direkter Vergleich mit anderen Fahrschulen. Sie kümmern sich nicht um die Fahrschüler!! Bad experiences from the driving instructor. (Deductions) They always give too short notice if you have to come to an appointment. Die Fahrschule ist echt empfehlenswert. I got my driver's license at the Ostbahn driving school. The friendly driving instructors and the pleasant climate here is very pleasant.
