Im always weary of too many 5 star responses as I think they are usually payed for or fake but this hairdresser is actually so good, it really doesn't make any sense to go anywhere else. The prices are good and normal, unlike all those other hairdressers that charge you fat fees for nothing. (im a guy btw, so I just know that part of the experience)

REVIEW: Unfortunately I have to go from a 5 star review to a 1 star rating. I came back for hair extensions. 100 extensions = 500 euros + roots colour. I paid 595 euros, I thought 95 euros is a bit much for roots colouring but ok, they do a nice job.. Then when the hairdresser was done putting the extensions I remember asking him; is this 100 extensions? Which he confirmed.. Now at home my friend asked me how many I put and said this can never be 100 extensions.. we checked and, there are 72..meaning I overpaid quite a lot. I do not even want to check what they charge roots colouring for..I am really disappointed.. I do always double check the price before I start and it was confirmed; As on the website; 500 euros full head : 5 euro per strähne, 100 extensions included wash, dry, and cut; which I did not do, + 1 present; which they did not give me this time nor the last time.. I was planning to be a loyal customer; I trusted their integrity; but I cannot feel more Cheated! ........................................................................................................................... I went here for hair extensions and did not even have to wait to make an appointment because they had all extensions in their salon. The lady boss was extremely helpful, attentive and friendly from beginning to end. The hairdresser was very professional. They did balayage as well and it looked really beautiful. Nice atmosphere and professional salon. The extensions seem of good quality, but are too straight for my hairtype, it would have been better with natural waves. The price was very good though. I will go back again.

Great staff and good haircuts

Excactly as I wanted my hair to be, I have dark brown curls and I always wanted some natural looking, golden highlights, ombre style. Other hairdressers either made me looking like a zebra or dyed my hair red. At Hauptsache they did a really good job, it looks even better than expected!

Busy having a foil colour, cut still to come. EXCELLENT facility, efficient, friendly, accommodating and able to schedule an appointment almost immediately despite the fact that it is busy. COVID well managed!! No test no entrance!

I went to this hairsalon yesterday and had a great experience, the lady who worked with my hair made my hair look amazing and Im very happy with how my hair looks now :) the ladies who work there are very profesional and very polite. Im very happy that I found this salon ❤️?
