Repaired by this shop in next to no time with very satifactory result and very reasonable fee. The female staff who came to serve us, owner may be, was courteous and patience. The craftsman at the workshop is also very polite to this foriegn stranger. Gave and executed the best solution to fix the defect. This was a very pleasant experience and has became the best memory of my time in Vienna. Try them out. I positively believe they are excellent shoemaker.
