★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin Mega zufrieden mit dem Service von ÖBB und generell VVV, allerdings hab ich mir Eine Jahreskart für doch hohen Preis gekauft und keiner der Verkäufer oder sonst hat Mir mitgeteilt das Ich, wenn Ich mit dem Fahrrad mitfahre eine extra Karte benötige, aber gut Unwissenheit schützt nicht vor Strafe, allerdings war die Freundlichkeit der Schaffnerin dementsprechend schlecht und unfreundlich das ich diese Rezession schreibe.
Das Unternehmen ist ansonsten sehr seriös und professionell. ??
 I am super satisfied with the service from ÖBB and VVV in general, but I bought an annual ticket for a high price and none of the sellers or anyone else told me that I needed an extra ticket if I was going to ride my bike, but good ignorance does not protect against punishment, however, the friendliness of the conductor was correspondingly bad and unfriendly that I am writing this review.
The company is otherwise very serious and professional. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Larger inside (heated/AC) waiting room would be nice. And I don't understand why the small one available was closed early in the morning (I think it was before 6 o'clock) and also late in the evening (Sunday after 21 o'clock I had to wait almost half hour outside, on cold weather)
