 Nice station, cultured toilet, but I couldn’t find anyone at the station, even though it was working hours.

Worked clean and snack machine was filled. Wing-protected area available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für einen Cafe muss man zum Djs American Diner ca 150 Meter weg .....aber der zahlt sich dann aus.....das die Oebb am Bahnhof nix hat ist eher unlustig
For a cafe you have to go to the Djs American Diner about 150 meters away ..... but it pays off ..... that the Oebb has nothing at the train station is rather uncomfortable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bahnhof Mattersburgs. Neben den Zügen gibt es hier auch Busse, welchen einen ins Stadtzentrum bringen. Zwei Bahnsteige vorhanden. Die hier anhaltenden Regionalzüge fahren nach Wiener Neustadt und Sopron. Modern designt. Bahnhof meistens sehr sauber. Statt der Standardstimme werden hier Züge noch vom Personal durchgesagt. Ich empfehle diesen Bahnhof weiter.
Mattersburgs train station. In addition to the trains, there are also buses that take you to the city center. There are two platforms. The regional trains stopping here go to Wiener Neustadt and Sopron. Modern designed. Station mostly very clean. Instead of the standard voice, trains are announced by the staff. I recommend this train station to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es gibt keinen beheizten Warteraum, es gibt weit und breit keine Einkaufs Möglichkeit, der Fahrauskunftsschalter hat schlechte Öffnungszeiten. Hier ist noch sehr viel Handlungsbedarf was zu mehr guter Kunde Freundlichkeit zählt.
There is no heated waiting room, there is no shopping anywhere and the information desk has poor opening times. There is still a lot of action to be taken here, which is part of more good customer friendliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit dem Umbau ist der Bahnhof sehr viel komfortabler und auch gut barrierefrei zu erreichen. Großes Lob an die ÖBB! Durch Holz- und Glas-Elemente wirkt der Bahnhof sehr freundlich und modern. Maske muss aus Sicherheitsgründen derzeit überall am Bahnhofsgelände getragen werden.
Since the renovation, the station has become much more comfortable and easily accessible. Big compliments to the ÖBB! Wood and glass elements make the station look very friendly and modern. For safety reasons, mask must currently be worn everywhere on the station premises.
