Bereits am Telefon wurde ich dauernd unterbrochen mit den Worten "lassen Sie mich ausreden", obwohl man mich nie ausreden hat lassen.
The general tone is unprofessional and unfriendly. I can only advise everyone against this company!
Already on the phone I was constantly interrupted with the words "Let me finish", although I was never allowed to finish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Thermenwartung-Termin wurde 10 Tagen vorab vereinbart und reserviert. Ich habe dafür extra den Urlaubstag genommen. Mein Termin wurde einfach nicht wahrgenommen. Sehr unprofessionelle Vorgehensweise - einfach eine Frechheit!
The spa maintenance appointment was agreed and reserved 10 days in advance. I took the extra day off for this. My appointment just wasn't kept. Very unprofessional approach - just a cheek!
