A	Andreas Hiermeier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unsere Therme von Vaillant wurde installiert und wir hatten auf einmal Wassemangel, ein kurzer Anruf (auch wenn wir keine Kunden mehr sind, weil der Vermieter es so wollte) und uns wurde sofort geholfen!!! Bei Vaillant haben wir einen Wartunsgsvertrag aber dort bekommt man nach 10 Min in der Warteschleife die Info das das in unserem Wartunsvertrag Basic nicht drinnen ist und wir kostenpflichtig jemand bestellen müssen! Eine absolute Sauerei! Fazit: auf keinen Fall Wartungsverträge mit großen Firmen abschließen und bei den Installateuren bleiben wo man einen super Service bekommt! Smutny ist einfach top! Our Vaillant thermal baths were installed and we suddenly had a lack of water, a short call (even if we are no longer customers because the landlord wanted us to) and we were helped immediately! At Vaillant we have a maintenance contract, but after 10 minutes in the queue you get the information that our basic maintenance contract is not included and that we have to order someone for a fee! An absolute mess! Conclusion: under no circumstances conclude maintenance contracts with large companies and stay with the installers where you can get great service! Smutny is just great!
