Hannes and Martina are excellent hosts and they made me feel at home here from day one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner Martina is nice and friendly but unfortunately that's all positive we can say about this hotel.
The hotel is very old and poor equipped. Bad smell in the lobby on the way to dining area. It was quite cold in our room, because of a weak heating and untight wooden doors to the balcony. Also there is no radiator in the bathroom and it was complicated to dry our wet gloves, helmets and socks after skiing. The ski and boots drying room also is not available in the hotel, so we needed to stay them for drying in ski depot in Solden for additional cost. The breakfast was ok, but the home made food for dinner was unsavory and we did not wanted to have it second time, we went to other nearby hotels for dinner. So it was our mistake by choosing this hotel for our skiing holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I maybe stayed 40 times at this location and I saw it growing over the years from a gasthof to a 3-stars hotel.
It was always a pleasure staying at this location: meeting the family, enjoying a rich breakfast, having a nice served beer at the bar after hiking or skiing, enjoying the evening diner. All plates, from starter until desert, always prepared very taste full and with a special attention to the presentation.
It is indeed an old building but a building with a special architecture and part of the history of Vent. But only the looks of it is old, inside there are very comfortable rooms with everything you need and not to forget a sauna. What also is special for me: the owners managed to keep the atmosphere of the old days in the dining room and the bar.
When you stay there for skiing, you have a drying room availalbe. When you stay there for hiking, the owners can give you all the necessary information concerning the huts, the best way to reach them, the summits you can reach, the current conditions.
Staying at Vent and not staying at this hotel should be a mistake…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best hotel i’ve been. The room was clean and the bathroom big and beautifull. We could see the mountains from the window and balcony. Breakfast and dinner were awesome.
Hannes and Martina are very friendly people. This hotel made our holiday.
