★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Two main advantages: (1) the village itself is the most charming place in Austria I have been to (and trust me we have been to many resorts). It's very family friendly, quite, but at the same time does not feel remote, as it has all the infrastructure one can think of (a small groceries store, a couple of good restaurants, 2-3 ski rent places, a ski school, 1 open air appres-ski bar, couple of usual bars/cafes, ancient church, etc). (2) the hotel is great. The owner was very helpful, the room included all necessities, was very cozy and comfortable for us - a family of 4 (2 kids, 14 and 5), the lobby is small, but very inviting. And most important it's ski to door!. Negative: Nothing..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Vent is absolutely magic and this hotel was beyond our expectations! Room was just perfect. Spacious, with a beautiful decor, nice view, extremely comfy beds, nice and big bathroom, perfect temperature inside and very tasty breakfast! But what impresses us most was how hands on every detail to be perfect was Pavel, the owner. He is just beyond kind and helpful. He even waited for us awake to do a 3am check in, didn´t even charged us for that night and the following morning he even let us do a late breakfast. He gave us the best tips and advises. This is a beautiful family business hotel and you can fell that in every detail. I absolutely loved this place and can´t wait to go back!. Negative: Everything was perfect!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The room and the Haus were exceptional in my opinion. We had the 2 bedroom apartment that had a really nice living room with an open kitchen full of everything you might need (dishes, glasses, dishwasher machine, coffee machine, water heater, etc.) and a large terrace to brace the mornings. Plenty of space for us (2 adults plus 2 children). The Haus is really nicely furbished with a lot of beautifully chosen decorations. The owners were really nice and attentive, meeting us each morning at the breakfast time and making sure that we have everything that we might need. Really nice people and would love to have the same experience everywhere we are going..
