Arrived after a hiking trail at this restaurant to have a nice beer and some food. Obviously hikers aren't wished as you get basicly ignored. Place is half full with 'the higher society'. As we waited over 15 minutes and asked several times for the menu, we left without any order. Selfservice after 6pm, but we arrived shortly after 2pm. Luckily there are plenty good restaurants left in kitzbühel..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing views, and great food. They have a more simple permanent menu, with traditional Tyrolean dishes, and a daily/weekly menu that constantly gets adjusted. For example, around the time of the Hahnenkamm race, they seem to several some fancier dishes. It's a family run restaurant with friendly and quick service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small place of peace. Sunny terrace with view on Streiff and Kitzbuhl town. Small simple plates (selfservice) and a good 'kleines bier.
Ideal place after a walk or bikeride. Follow the small yellow arrows as from the starting point hornbahn. At the halfway station follow hagstein. Enjoy!!!

Remember your table number then go inside to order and the waiter will bring it tl u.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During a visit to Kitzbuehel, we had a great dinner there ... Austrian comfort food at its best. Nice views on the terrace and the owners are so nice and welcoming. Food was very delicious and desserts are a must. Absolut recommendation!
