★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima gestione delle file per acquistare i biglietti. Gli sportelli infatti sono numerosi, e gli addetti sono veloci e gentili (a me hanno dato il benvenuto in italiano!). Ecco, l'unica pecca è il locale un po' angusto che ti fa aspettare in fila sotto al caldo o al freddo e una volta entrato ti dà la sensazione di essere dentro una scatola di sardine.
 Excellent file management to buy tickets. In fact, the counters are numerous, and the staff are fast and kind (they welcomed me in Italian!). Here, the only flaw is the slightly cramped place that makes you wait in line in the heat or cold and once inside it gives you the feeling of being inside a box of sardines.

Das Obere Belvedere und das Untere Belvedere (benannt aufgrund der Lage auf einem südlich der damaligen Stadt ansteigenden Hang) bilden mit der verbindenden Gartenanlage ein barockes Ensemble. Die beiden Schlossbauten beherbergen heute die Sammlungen des Belvederes (Österreichische Galerie Belvedere) und Räumlichkeiten für Wechselausstellungen. Am 15. Mai 1955 wurde im Oberen Belvedere der Österreichische Staatsvertrag unterzeichnet.

The two palace buildings now house the collections of the Belvedere (Austrian Belvedere Gallery) and rooms for temporary exhibitions. On May 15, 1955, the Austrian State Treaty was signed in the Upper Belvedere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We asked politely to pay the tickets separately and the cash lady was not polite and made it seem like it was a huge problem. Bad first impression, but fortunately she does not have any influence on the overall art experience. She had no emotions and no smile at all.
