Dass der Norbert einmal Profi war merkt man einfach, vor allem beim Rennrad weiß der wirklich auf was es ankommt. All service top. Nicht nur hat Herr Kostel ein gerüttelt´ Maß an praktischer Radsporterfahrung, er geht auch sehr auf den Kunden ein und weiß auch gleich Abhilfe, wenn wo was drückt. Ich wünschte mir in allen anderen Handels- und Dienstleistungssparten solche "kleinen" Geschäfte! In all dieser Zeit hatte ich nie negatives Erlebnis. Sehr freundlich und äußerst kompetent. Für mich der mit Abstand beste Radshop in Klagenfurt. I have been a customer of Mr. Kostel for around 20 years. I do annual bike services or necessary repairs with him, as well as purchases of accessories. In all this time I have never had a negative experience. Very friendly and extremely competent. For me it is by far the best bike shop in Klagenfurt.

Da meine Versuche kläglich versagten, habe ich Herrn Kostel aufgesucht - in Rennradkreisen ja kein Unbekannter. Nach ein paar Minuten hatte er das Tretlager ausgebaut - ohne den Rahmen zu beschädigen. Der Mann weiß wie man sowas angreift. Einfach ein cooler Laden mit einem supernetten Besitzer! Merci Vielmals! In the course of restoring my old racing bike, I was faced with the challenge of having to remove a rusted bottom bracket. Since my attempts failed miserably, I went to see Mr. Kostel - well known in racing bike circles. After a few minutes he had removed the bottom bracket - without damaging the frame.
