tested two different masseurs, both without difficulty, both pleasant people!
relaxed ambience, performance fully rendered, no complaining,
you like to see me and my girlfriend again! :)

Friseurin konnte kein Deutsch, musste ihr auf englisch erklären was ich möchte. € 21,.. für so einen Haarschnitt
!OHNE WASCHEN! Sind definitv nicht gerechtfertigt. Da bin ich um weit weniger Geld, weit besseren Service gewohnt.
Absolut keine Weiterempfehlung.
Sehr schade!
Worst haircut in a long time :-(
Hairdresser couldn't speak German, had to explain to her in English what I wanted. € 21,.. for such a haircut
!WITHOUT WASHING! Are definitely not justified. I'm used to far less money and far better service.
Absolutely no recommendation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich musste auch leider feststellen das der Kunde der mit mir im Raum war keine Maske trug, er setzte sie dann erst auf wie er den Raum verließ!
Finde es auch sehr schade das von den Mitarbeitern kein Wort dazu viel! Naja gut !
Was mich aber wirklich verärgert hat war die unfreundliche Art was die liebe Dame hatte, mir kam es vor als wäre sie total genervt?Und der Preis von 71 Euro für eine Pediküre mit Schellack finde ich ist nicht gerecht fertig! Werde den Salon sicher nicht weiterempfehlen und auch nicht mehr betreten!

I also think it's a shame that the employees didn't say a word about it! Yeah good !
But what really annoyed me was the unfriendly way the lovely lady had, I felt like she was totally annoyed ? And I don't think the price of 71 euros for a pedicure with shellac is fair! Will definitely not recommend the salon and will not enter again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gleich vorweg - die Leistung selbst war in Ordnung.
Ich wurde in einen Raum geführt, in dem bereits ein Kunde gesessen ist. Er trug keine Maske und wurde auch nicht aufgefordert eine solche aufzusetzen. Als er dann zu husten anfing, habe ICH ihn aufgefordert diese aufzusetzen. Es begann eine sehr unangenehme, teils aggressive Diskussion. Die beiden Damen, die behandelten sagten KEIN WORT, gaben ihm am Ende sogar recht. Die Dame, die mich behandelte machte mir dann sogar eine Szene beim Zahlen.. einfach eine riesige Sauerei. Ich habe soetwas noch nie erlebt. Es kann jeder eine Meinung zu den Corona-Regeln haben, aber wenn ich zu einem Unternehmen gehe und mich behandeln lasse, vertraue ich auf die Einhaltung der Regelungen und auf das Zurechtweisen von Personen, die sich nicht daran halten. Dass ich dann noch unangenehm angesprochen wurde, war für mich einfach nur unglaublich.
Dieser Betrieb sieht mich NIE WIEDER!!
First of all - the performance itself was fine.
I was led into a room where a customer was already sitting. He was not wearing a mask and was not asked to put one on. When he started coughing, I asked him to put it on. A very unpleasant, sometimes aggressive discussion began. The two ladies who treated didn't say a word, even agreed with him in the end. The lady who treated me even made a scene when I was paying.. just a huge mess. I've never experienced anything like this. Everyone can have an opinion about the Corona rules, but when I go to a company and get treatment, I trust that they will comply with the rules and that people who do not comply will be reprimanded. The fact that I was then spoken to in an unpleasant way was just unbelievable for me.
This company will NEVER SEE ME AGAIN!!
