C	Christian Schafferhofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am liebsten würde ich null Sterne vergeben für diese Trafik jetzt war ich das zweite Mal in diesem Geschäft haben seit Wochen keine Zeitschriften und wenn man etwas kauft wird sich ständig nur beschwert wie wenig man an den Zigaretten verdient bzw wie viel Gebühren sie nicht verlangen bzw zahlen müssen wenn man mit Bankomat zahlt eine absolute Frechheit bitte meidet diese Trafik dies ist meine persönliche Erfahrung I would like to give zero stars for this tobacconist now I was the second time in this shop have not had any magazines for weeks and when you buy something you are constantly complaining about how little you earn from the cigarettes or how much fees they do not charge or pay if you pay with an ATM you have to be absolutely cheeky please avoid this tobacconist this is my personal experience

J	Julia Schlögl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor mehr als 5 Jahren war ich sehr unbegeistert von dieser Trafik, da der Mann an der Kassa sehr unfreundlich war und garnicht wo gewirkt hatte als wollte er überhaupt irgendjemanden was verkaufen. Heute hat sich meine Meinung komplett geändert. Da ich keine bessere Anlaufstelle für Shisha Tabak als diese Trafik kannte, beschloss ich nochmal einen Versuch zu wagen und wurde keines falls enttäuscht. Die Dame an der Kass war super freundlich und zuvorkommend aber auch nicht zu aufdringlich. Sehr gute Beratung und auch nett unterhalten. Die Auswahl der Shisha Tabaks ist wirklich groß und auch übersichtlich gestaltet, sodass man schnell selbst sieht wenn etwas nicht mehr auf Lager ist. Zusätzlich wurde mir angeboten, dass es möglich wäre in Zukunft anzurufen und bestimmte Tabak Sorten zurück legen zu lassen, um sicherzugehen sie auch tatsächlich zu bekommen und nicht um sonst auf den Weg zu machen. Die Tatsache, dass der Bankomat nur ab 15€ verwendet werden kann ist für mich kein Problem und sollte auch für andere kein Problem darstellen, da es nah genug einen Bankomat gibt um Bargeld zu beheben. Kurz gesagt: ich komme wieder wenn ich Tabak oder ähnliches benötige :) More than 5 years ago I was very unenthusiastic about this tobacconist, since the man at the cash desk was very unfriendly and didn't seem at all as if he wanted to sell anything to anyone at all. Today my opinion has completely changed. Since I didn't know of a better place to go for shisha tobacco than this tobacconist, I decided to try again and was not disappointed. The lady at the cash desk was super friendly and accommodating but not too pushy. Very good advice and also nice to talk to. The selection of shisha tobacco is really large and also clearly arranged, so that you can quickly see for yourself if something is no longer in stock. In addition, I was offered that it would be possible in the future to call and have certain types of tobacco put aside to make sure that I actually got them and not to make them on the way otherwise. The fact that the ATM can only be used from 15€ is not a problem for me and shouldn't be a problem for others either, as there is an ATM close enough to withdraw cash. In short: I'll be back if I need tobacco or something similar :)
