j	josef haunschmidt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie jemand telefonisch erreichbar, lange Wartezeiten trotz Terminvereinbarung. Die Bawag war gut, als sie noch bei der PSK (Post) war. Ein müder lahmer Betrieb ohne Motivation. Zum Teil unfreundliches Personal besonders in der Zentrale. Bin jetzt fast 25 Jahre bei der Bawag, werde aber jetzt wechseln. Ergänzung bzw. Nachtrag zur Entschuldigung des BAWAG-Teams in der Ferihumerstr. in Linz: Nicht das Team in dieser Filiale ist mit meiner Beschreibung gemeint, das möchte ich ausdrücklich festhalten. Es sind hauptsächlich die Mitarbeiter in der Zentrale in Wien, dort ist der müde und kundenunfreundliche Betrieb vorhanden. No one can be reached by phone, long waiting times despite making an appointment. Bawag was good when it was still at PSK (Post). A tired, lame business with no motivation. Sometimes unfriendly staff, especially in the headquarters. I've been at Bawag for almost 25 years, but I'm going to change now. Supplement or addendum to the apology of the BAWAG team in Ferihumerstr. in Linz: Not the team in this branch is meant by my description, I would like to expressly state that. It is mainly the employees at the headquarters in Vienna, where the tired and customer-unfriendly company is located.

Gestern habe ich eine Stunde gewartet damit die Dame zur Kasse kommen wird, dann ist sie gekommen aber erfolglos, könnte nicht mir helfen, weil das System nicht funktioniert hat!!!! Und das ist schon 3.mal. Letztes mal hat die blonde Dame einen Fehler gemacht und darauf sollte ich noch 40 Min warten, leider wieder erfolglos, hat sie reklamiert und nach 2 Tagen hat mich angerufen das ich wieder kommen soll, bla bla bla. Ärgerlich, dass sie keine Ahnung von ihre Arbeit haben! Wenn ihr nicht mit Western Union arbeiten kann, dann bitte schreibt ihr irgendwo, das es nicht geht!!!!! Werde nie wieder zu euch kommen!!!! Rude, long wait !!!!! Yesterday I waited an hour for the lady to come to the checkout, then she came but unsuccessfully, could not help me because the system did not work !!!! And that's the 3rd time. Last time the blonde lady made a mistake and I should wait another 40 minutes, unfortunately again unsuccessful, she complained and after 2 days called me to come back, blah blah blah. Annoying that they have no idea about their work! If you can not work with Western Union, please write somewhere that it is not possible !!!!! Will never come to you again !!!!

Man fühlt sich als Kunde nicht gut aufgehoben und muss der Bank " nachlaufen" um sein eigenes rechtmäßiges Geld überwiesen zu bekommen.. warte schon seit 14 Tagen auf mein Geld!!! Service disastrous. As a customer you do not feel that you are in good hands and have to "run after" the bank to get your own legitimate money transferred .. have been waiting for my money for 14 days!

N	Niklas Baumgartner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechteste Bank überhaupt - BankberaterInnen sind nie erreichbar, man wird nicht über E-Mail kontaktiert, sondern nur in die Bankeigene Inbox. Kontoschließung dauert ewig und Porto für Bankauszüge die nicht benötigt werden wird schön weiter verrechnet. Worst bank ever - bank advisors are never available, you are not contacted via email, but only in the bank's own inbox. Closing the account takes forever and postage for bank statements that are not required is charged on.
E	Enes V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muss mich den negativen Rezensionen anschliessen. Total unfähige Mitarbeiter, absolut kein Bemühen erkennbar. Bürokratie schlimmer als beim Amt. Man bekommt einfach keine richtige Auskundt und muss den Mitarbeitern jede Info aus der Nase ziehen! Have to join the negative reviews. Totally incompetent employees, absolutely no effort recognizable. Bureaucracy worse than the office. You just don't get any real information and you have to pull every piece of information out of the staff's nose!

Ich wurde umgehend auf meine Email hin konditioniert - und habe das Gefühl das sich meine Ansprechperson sehr bemüht. I'm going to give the bank another chance because I'm now very satisfied with the personal support I have given. I was immediately conditioned to my email - and I have the feeling that my contact person tries very hard.
