★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte einen bei der Oberbank gekauften Philharmoniker in der Filiale Steyr-Tobor zurückgeben. Die Rücknahme wurde mir verweigert, weil ein kleiner schwarzer Punkt auf der Münze war. Die Filiale in Steyr Münichholz hat ihn anstandslos zurückgenommen. als mehr als 25 Jahre alter Kunde ist diese Behandlung inakzeptabel. Auch eine Beschwerde bei der FilialleierIn wurde mir 2 mal verweigert. Ich werde diese Bank nicht mehr bewerten müssen, weil ich das Konto auflöse.
I wanted to return a Philharmonic I had bought from Oberbank to the Steyr-Tobor branch. I was refused to take it back because there was a small black dot on the coin. The branch in Steyr Münichholz took it back without hesitation. as a customer more than 25 years old, this treatment is unacceptable. A complaint to the branch manager was also refused twice. I will no longer have to rate this bank because I am closing the account.

Kundenbetreuung wird hier klein geschrieben.
Es wird bei telefonaten aufgelegt, Mitarbeiter die einen auslachen wenn man was benötigt.
Herrn Ebubekir Göcmen muss ich da besonders herausheben!
Lower bench would fit better in my opinion.
Customer care is capitalized here.
It is hung up on the phone, employees who laugh at you when you need something.
I have to particularly emphasize Mr. Ebubekir Göcmen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zwei riesige Gebäude, der Bankomat äußerst schlecht angeschrieben und dann bekommt man in einer großen Bank nicht einmal 20-Euroscheine beim Automaten! Da merkt man, dass einem Service am kleinen Kunden nicht wichtig ist.
Two huge buildings, the ATM extremely poorly marked and then you don't even get 20 euro notes from the machines in a large bank! That's when you realize that serving small customers isn't important.
