G	Günter König on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte heute ein wirklich niederschmetterndes Erlebnis in dieser Filiale : ich bat eine Mitarbeiterin, mir die genauen, aktuellen Konditionen von meinem Konto zu geben. Die Mitarbeiterin, die auch sehr mürrisch war und ganz offensichtlich nicht gut gelaunt, riss von einem A4 (!!!!) einen ca. Handteller großen, sehr ausgefransten Teil weg, schrieb mir die aktuellen Soll und Habenzinsen darauf - aus Ihrer Sicht wars das. Ich erkundigte mich nach einem Papierausdruck der Konditionen - gibt es laut dieser "Mitarbeiterin" der Bank Austria Richard-Wagner-Platz nicht !!!! Sämtliche andere Fragen konnte diese Mitarbeiterin auch nicht beantworten. So weit zur Schulung der Mitarbeiter bei der Bank Austria - und solche Leute verwalten MEIN Geld! Das ist eine einzige Katatstrophe für die Bank Austria. Da sind ja die Postbeamten, die jetzt die Bank99 stemmen wesentlich kompetenter und wesentlich freundlicher. Had a really devastating experience in this branch today: I asked an employee to give me the exact, current conditions of my account. The employee, who was also very grumpy and obviously not in a good mood, tore off a palm-sized, very frayed part of an A4 (!!!!), wrote me the current debit and credit interest rates on it - from your point of view, that was it . I asked for a paper printout of the conditions - according to this "employee" of Bank Austria Richard-Wagner-Platz does not exist !!!! This employee was also unable to answer any of the other questions. So much for the training of employees at Bank Austria - and people like that manage MY money! That is a single catastrophe for Bank Austria. The post office workers who now manage Bank99 are much more competent and much friendlier.

Es herrschte eine angenehme Atmosphäre in der Filiale und die gute Zusammenarbeit unter den Mitarbeiter_innen war zu sehen. Was in the branch yesterday morning and was advised fairly quickly and competently by an employee. I got an answer to all my questions. There was a pleasant atmosphere in the branch and the good cooperation among the employees was evident.
