Nach unzähligen Email Verkehr immer noch auf keinen grünen Punkt gekommen. Vermietung wirklich nicht empfehlenswert. I tried to rent a trailer, my inquiries were never answered correctly and only after some time and information was zero ... After countless email traffic I still did not get a green dot. Rental really not recommended.

Da man schon Feierabend hatte (es war Freitag 14:00) wurde neben der völlig überteuerten Teile für eine Stunde € 210 Euro abgerechnet. Die Reparatur hat mit Vorbereitung 1 Stunde gedauert, davon 15 Minuten zu zweit. Insgesamt hat das über € 450 gekostet. Die gleiche Reparatur kostet in Mönchengladbach ca. € 300,- Alternative ist evtl. Anhängerverleih Karbon in Mils needed after a serpentine new brakes. M	Markus K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf dem Weg in den Urlaub hat der Dämpfer der Auflaufbremse versagt und wir hatten uns schon auf einen längeren Aufenthalt in Innsbruck eingestellt. Auf eine Empfehlung hin haben wir uns an die Fa. Batkowski gewendet. Nach einem kurzen Telefonat konnten wir gleich vorbei kommen und dann wurde nach fachmännischer Untersuchung und kompetenter Beratung der Dämpfer (der auch auf Lager war!) in gerade mal 20 Minuten ausgetauscht. Die Kosten für das Material und die Arbeitszeit wurden transparent und nachvollziehbar erläutert und waren vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis her absolut in Ordnung. Danke an Herrn Robert Batkowski für seine schnelle Hilfe, die uns die Weiterfahrt in den Urlaub ermöglicht hat. After a short phone call, we were able to come by and then, after a professional examination and competent advice, the damper (which was also in stock!) Was replaced in just 20 minutes. Ich wurde total über den Tisch gezogen und kann jedem nur raten, sich eine Werkstatt mit fairem Verhalten und normalem Preisniveau zu suchen. Im Nachhinein ist man immer schlauer - vorallem wenn der finanzielle Schaden enorm ist. I am still speechless and extremely disappointed with my experience with the Batkowski company. I was totally ripped off and can only advise everyone to look for a workshop with fair behavior and normal price levels. In hindsight, you are always smarter - especially when the financial damage is enormous.

Het heeft even geduurd, men had het erg druk. Ze hebben uiteindelijk zeer vakkundig de remmen en nog wat kleine dingetjes vernieuwd. My caravan brakes were worn out from the many descents in the mountains. I went to this company on the advice of the ANWB. It took a while, people were very busy. In the end they very professionally renewed the brakes and some small things.
