W	Woodfire (Woodfire) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte ein Ersatzteil für mein Anhänger bestellen und zuerst einmal telefonisch nachfragen wie viel es kosten würde. Zuerst einmal brauchte ich 3 Tage mit jeweils 3 Versuchen um überhaupt dran genommen zu werden weil es mich immer zum Kundenservice weiterleitete der sich auch nicht erklären konnte warum in der Filiale keiner abhebt (wir wurden schon fast Freunde so gut kannte der mich). Bis es schlussendlich geklappt hat und ich den Preis erfuhr und ich es dann auch bestellte. Aber das beste kommt noch es wurde mich versichert dass, das Ersatzteil 30€ kosten würde und daraus wurden dann 80€. Ich kann verstehen wenn es ein wenig teurer wird aber gleich mehr als doppelt so teuer ist schon eine Frechheit. Ich würde lieber irgendwo anders bestellen mit besserer Kundenbetreuung kein Wunder das so viele Filialen geschlossen wurden. First of all, it took me 3 days with 3 attempts each to be taken at all because it always redirected me to customer service who couldn't explain why nobody in the branch answered (we almost became friends who knew me so well). Until it finally worked and I found out the price and then I ordered it. But the best is yet to come, I was assured that the spare part would cost 30 € and that would turn into 80 €. I can understand when it gets a little more expensive but more than twice as expensive is a cheek. I would rather order somewhere else with better customer support, no wonder that so many branches were closed.

Hier werden Streit und Ärger mit Vorgestzten vor dem Kunden ausgetragen, und Schuldfragen schön immer zum nächsten geschoben, nur eine Lösung wird nicht gesucht. Leider mein größter Fehler hier ein Motorrad gekauft zu haben. Several visits, and always the same picture: Incompetent employees, mostly unfriendly too. Das Moped generell ist auch Schrott, die Anzeigen funktionieren nur teilweise und Anspringen nach dem Waschen, sowieso nicht, Die Mitarbeiter haben keine Ahnung,...
