Der Zahlungsvorgang an der Kasse ist mehr als erbärmlich. 5 Minuten pro Kunde ist keine Seltenheit I am not surprised that this company is developing or has already been. The payment process at the checkout is more than pathetic. 5 minutes per customer is not uncommon

Ich laufe dem SUPER Lehrling seit 2 Wochen für ein Radio Einbauteil nach... Jede Woche wenn ich da bin erinnert er sich nicht mehr dran!! Lieber Stahlgruber in Wörgl, da sind die Verkäufer noch dahinter!!! If you do not want to sell anything you should not make empty promises to the customers .. Dann online versucht, heißt ja, Rückruf in 24 Stunden. Auch Pleite! Persönlich versucht, nur ein Lehrling an der Kasse... also wieder weg. Dann endlich eine nette Dame von der Servicezentrale gesprochen, die mir Rückruf am selben Tag versichert hat. Ratet mal: richtig! Pleite! Dann nochmal online feedback, etwas schärfer. Endlich Rückruf aus der Filiale! Nach drei Tagen! Flexibilität bei der Terminvergabe? Fehlanzeige! Eine Woche Wartezeit! Kundenfreundlichkeit nenne ich anders. Well, I've had my car there for a long time. I wanted to make another appointment for service, broke for two days by phone, nobody answered the phone. If you tried online, yes, I would call you back in 24 hours. Bankrupt too! Personally tried to be just an apprentice at the till ... so away again. Then finally a nice lady from the service center spoke to me, who assured me that I would be called back on the same day. Guess right! Broke! Then again online feedback, a little sharper. Finally a callback from the branch! After three days! Flexibility in making appointments? Nothing! One week waiting time! I call customer friendliness different.

Habe schon einige Werkstätten durch und bin mit dieser Filiale so zufrieden, dass ich inzwischen Stammkundin bin. Alles top. Great team, everyone very nice and hard-working. The mechanic is totally thorough and reliable. Have already worked through a few workshops and am so satisfied with this branch that I have now become a regular customer. Everything perfect.
M	Monika on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Herren die mich bedienten waren zwar sehr freundlich jedoch wurde im Endeffekt nicht geholfen. Ich wollte ein Fahrrad kaufen das derzeit nicht Verfügbar ist. Auf meine Anfrage ob es wieder geliefert wird wurde ich mehrfach mit Floskeln, wie z.B. "In Imst hätten wir noch eines" vertröstet. Ich habe daraufhin in der Filiale Kufstein angerufen und dieser Herr war nicht nur ausgesprochen freundlich sondern wusste prompt wann dieses Fahrrad wieder voraussichtlich geliefert wird und hat sich sogleich meine Daten aufgeschrieben. Daher bekommt die Filiale Wörgl nur 1 Stern und die Filiale Kufstein 5. The gentlemen who served me were very friendly, but in the end there was no help. I wanted to buy a bike that is currently unavailable. When I asked whether it would be delivered again, I was put off several times with empty phrases, such as "In Imst we would have one more thing". I then called the Kufstein branch and this gentleman was not only extremely friendly but also knew promptly when this bike was expected to be delivered again and immediately wrote down my details. This is why the Wörgl branch only gets 1 star and the Kufstein branch 5.
