C	C. P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otto Konzert wurde grundlos abgesagt. Statt Geld bekommt man Gutscheincodes und diese funktionieren nicht. Dieser Veranstalter gehört verklagt. Otto concert was canceled without reason. Instead of money you get coupon codes and they don't work. This organizer should be sued.

Ist euch wahrscheinlich egal, aber vielleicht melden sich noch andere Leidensgenossen / innen. I am also dissatisfied with the voucher solution. Especially if nothing can be done with these vouchers. Therefore 1 star. You probably don't care, but maybe other fellow sufferers will contact you.

Laut Auskunft der Vienna Ticketline gelten diese bis Ende 2022 und können dann ausbezahlt werden. Wie – ist derzeit noch nicht bekannt. Voucher solution for me too. Legally obvious but ok! According to the Vienna Ticketline, these are valid until the end of 2022 and can then be paid out. How - is not yet known.

Tolle Regelung, wir alle müssen in diesen Zeiten aufs Geld achten und dann so etwas.... Never again tickets with this organizer. If you cancel, you stay on vouchers - instead of money back. Great arrangement, we all have to watch our money during these times and then something like that ...

Wegen falscher Infos über Beginnzeit mussten wir über eine Stunde in der Kälte warten - absolut schlechte Kommunikation an der eiskalten und ungeheizten Location. Grottenschlecht!! No more tickets from this organizer! We had to wait over an hour in the cold due to incorrect information about the start time - absolutely bad communication at the freezing cold and unheated location. awful!!

Nix mit Einlösen bei Öticket für eine andere Veranstaltung nach Wahl. Sehr Kundenunfreundlich!! Werde künftig ganz genau schauen und keine Karten dieses Veranstalters mehr kaufen!!!! Antwort auf Email bekommt man auch nicht, übrigens. zero stars!! Tickets for OTTO - which was canceled for whatever reason - will only be exchanged for a voucher for a Barracuda event. Nothing with redeeming at Öticket for another event of your choice. Very customer unfriendly!! Will look very carefully in the future and will not buy tickets from this organizer anymore!!!! You don't get an answer to email either, by the way.
P	Prantl Promotion on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie wieder Barracuda. Otto wurde abgesagt, angeblich wegen den Corona Maßnahmen. Dies trifft aber für den 18.05.2022 nicht zu, da es zu diesem Zeitpunkt keine Einschränkungen seitens der Bundesregierung gibt. Barracuda ist der einzige Veranstalter der das Geld nicht zurückbezahlt. Mein Kunden (bin selber Veranstalter) haben alle ihr Geld zurückbekommen. Das ist reine Abzocke. Zur Info. Barracuda musste keinen Künstler, keine Technik, keine Halle bezahlen. Man bekommt einen Gutschein für Konzerte die einem nicht interessieren. Never again Barracuda. Otto was cancelled, allegedly because of the Corona measures. However, this does not apply to May 18, 2022, as there are no restrictions on the part of the federal government at this time. Barracuda is the only promoter that doesn't refund the money. My customers (I am an organizer myself) all got their money back. This is pure rip off. For info. Barracuda had to pay no artist, no technique, no hall. You get a voucher for concerts that don't interest you.
E	Eva Delgado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy any concert ticket from Barracuda Music during covid-19. I have tickets for Santana. I went to oeticket and they told me Barracuda will not give tje money back. They offer a voucher. For what? There is not going to be any concert in a long time!
