M	Magdalena Novak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grundsätzlich eine große moderne Filiale mit viel Auswahl aber während des gesamten Einkauf (30’) begleitete mich das durchdringende laute Geräusch des piepstons der Verkäuferin, die waren scannte. Das laute und unangenehme Geräusch störte mein Einkaufserlebnis dermaßen, dass ich überlege, nicht mehr bei bipa einzukaufen, bis die Customer experience/die Prozesse überdacht werden. Basically a large modern store with lots of choice but throughout the shopping (30 ') I was accompanied by the pervasive loud noise of the saleswoman's piepstons scanned. The loud and unpleasant noise disturbed my shopping experience to such an extent that I was thinking about not shopping at bipa until the customer experience / processes were reconsidered.
