★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann leider keine gute Erfahrung mit dieser Bank teilen. Miir wurde mitgeteilt dass ich angeblich ein Konto eröffnet hätte, was aber nicht der Fall war... Nähere Auskunft um den Fall rasch zu klären wurde mir leider nicht erteilt. Ich war nun bei der Polizei und warte auf das Ergebnis. Werde dann berichten wie sich das Ganze entwickelt.
 Unfortunately, I cannot share a good experience with this bank. I was told that I had supposedly opened an account, which was not the case... Unfortunately, I was not given any further information to clarify the case quickly. I have now been to the police and am waiting for the result. Will then report how the whole thing develops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fernhalten! Mein Konto wurde unangekündigt innerhalb von zwei Tagen geschlossen, die Hotline ist keine Hilfe und per Mail bekommt man erst nach Wochen eine Rückmeldung. Jetzt weigert sich die Bank mein Guthaben auf mein neues Konto auszuzahlen. Empfehle jedem sich bei ähnlichen Problemen an den Verein für Konsumenteninformation zu wenden.
Keep away! My account was closed unannounced within two days, the hotline is no help and you only get a response by email weeks later. Now the bank refuses to transfer my balance to my new account. Recommend anyone with similar problems to contact the Association for Consumer Information.
