M	Michael Lang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Undurchdachte (dabei neue!) Filiale. Stets nur eine Kassa geöffnet, davor muss man regelmäßig gefühlt viel zu lange warten. Mitarbeiter an der Kasse schlichtweg unfreundlich und arrogant. Jedes Mal wieder. Leider. Die anderen MItarbeiter im Erdgeschoss wirken aber freundlich und können in der Regel auch weiterhelfen. Im Obergeschoss schauts dagegen wieder anders aus. Sehr schade, die Filiale ist eigentlich sehr ansprechend gestaltet, allerdings ist das Konzept mit nur einer Kassa an diesem Standort völlig unpassend. Unthought-out (and new!) Branch. Only one cash register is always open, in front of which you regularly have to wait far too long. Employees at the checkout are simply unfriendly and arrogant. Every time again. Unfortunately. The other employees on the ground floor seem friendly and can usually help. On the other hand, things look different upstairs. It's a shame, the branch is actually very attractively designed, but the concept with only one cash register at this location is completely unsuitable.

Nach einer furchtbaren Beratung eines Mitarbeiters hat ein Automat das Geld verschluckt, obwohl ich sagte es wird nicht gehen , riss er mir das Geld aus der Hand und stopfte es in den Automaten. Das Geld verschwand. Keine Entschuldigung oder in Ordnung Bringung . Das war mein Hochzeitsgeld. Unglaublich schlecht! Eine Frechheit! Completely incompetent employees. After a terrible consultation from an employee, a machine swallowed the money, although I said it wouldn't work, he tore the money out of my hand and stuffed it into the machine. The money disappeared. No apology or okay. That was my wedding money. Unbelievably bad! An impudence!

Wurde belächelt und weggeschickt, da mein S-Bausparvertrag scheinbar nicht bearbeitet werden kann. In der Filiale am Hauptbahnhof war dies aber dann problemlos möglich und die Mitarbeiterin zudem freundlich. 2 Sterne weil die Filiale zumindest optisch ok ist. Information desk staff condescending and incompetent. Was smiled at and sent away because my S home savings contract can't seem to be processed. In the branch at the main train station, however, this was possible without any problems and the employee was also friendly. 2 stars because the branch is at least visually ok.
