Das Ticketsystem schlecht durchdacht, nur an der Hälfte der Schalter stehen die dazugehörigen Nummern und die anderen sind unbeschriftet, sodass man immer einen Mitarbeiter/eine Mitarbeiterin um Auskunft bitten muss. Leider war der Supervisior von Frau Büchler (welche sich professionell und freundlich um mein Anliegen kümmerte) sehr unhöflich und nicht im geringsten zuvorkommend. Als ich zunächst zu seinem Schalter ging, wurde ich ruppig darauf hingewiesen dass ich beim Eingang einen Zahlschein ausfüllen hätte müssen und danach mit einer neuen Nummer (und einigen Minuten Wartezeit) wiederkommen solle. Dabei hätte er einfach den Iban meiner Karte ablesen können oder mich zumindest am Schalter den Schein ausfüllen lassen können. Auf die Notwendigkeit eines Zahlscheins wurde ich auch nicht von der Mitarbeiterin, die mir am Eingang mein Ticket ausstellte, hingewiesen! Diese Filiale würde ich also auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen!
The ticket system is poorly thought out, only half of the counters have the corresponding numbers and the others are unlabeled, so you always have to ask an employee for information. Unfortunately, Mrs. Büchler's supervisor (who took care of my concerns in a professional and friendly manner) was very rude and not in the least courteous. When I first went to his counter, I was rudely pointed out that I should have filled out a payment slip at the entrance and should then come back with a new number (and waiting a few minutes). He could have simply read the Iban on my card or at least let me fill out the form at the counter. I was not informed of the need for a payment slip by the employee who issued my ticket at the entrance! I would definitely not recommend this branch!

Ho provato a usare la carta Bancomat nei loro ATM e non viene riconosciuta, ho parlato con una cassiera all'interno della banca, molto scortese, mi ha detto che le nostre Unicredit non sono la stessa che Unicredit Austria Bank, sono due banche diverse, quindi il nostro bancomat Unicredit non viene riconosciuto all'interno di questa Unicredit Austria Bank.
I tried to use the ATM card in their ATMs and it is not recognized, I spoke to a cashier inside the bank, very rude, she told me that our Unicredits are not the same as Unicredit Austria Bank, they are two different banks, therefore our Unicredit ATM is not recognized within this Unicredit Austria Bank.

Besonders schlechtes service Ich wollte überbringersparbücher (losungswörter mir bekannt) und ein namenssparbuch (mit ausweis) auflösen und den gesamtbetrag auf 2 konten überweisen lassen. Wegen der reaktion der angestellten an der kasse musste ich ernsthaft denken: jetzt holt das personal die polizei, um mich festnehmen zu lassen. Auch war es laut mehrerer angestellten lange nicht möglich, geld ohne die anwesenheit des begünstigten auf dessen girokonto zu überweisen. Wenig kompetenz, wenig kundenorientiertheit - leider
